Poor Customer Service and Delivery

This is the worst company with whom I have ever dealt. Making the order was easy. Paying was easy. Then NOTHING. Finally received notice of shipment, but the tracking number did not work. Called and was actually yelled at. Called again and the man was very nice and said they had shipping problems and it would be resolved in a few weeks. Cannot get a refund until I receive my product. Now, on their website it says they are shutting down until the middle of January and there will be no way to reach them. This is truly unacceptable. The actual product is likely okay, but dealing with this Quebec company is an absolute nightmare. Don't do it. Find something else.

I have been using their Retinol B3 serum at night and Vitamin C10 serum in the day for anti aging effects, and while the results are rather noticeable a few hours after, they only last for as long as I use them for. I would still order again though just because I haven't found better alternatives worth the price.

Bought moisturiser with serum, didn't liked container, quality seems okay. The main problem was delivery, it was late for 5 days and was damaged.

Auto-replenishment Scam

They sent auto replenishment product after 3 months although I did choose six months and do not accept their mistake. Do not issue refund. Absolutely horrendous and unshamed customer service. Huge disappointment.

If I could rate zero stars I would!
I placed an order on Nov 8th, 2023 and I had to contact customer service because I had a question about my order. They replied to me by email and I thought everything was ok. I contacted them again on Nov 20th, 2023 because my order was late, but this time using the website chat. What an awful experience!! I found out that my order had been canceled for no reason whatsoever and that I had to place the order again. I did not receive any emails about that, so I had no idea. As I was upset, they said they would give me a 25% discount coupon for my next purchase, which they didn't, they gave me a 20% discount coupon! When I went back to the chat to ask about that the conversation was gone and someone else was talking to me. What a nightmare. I then decided to use the coupon and place another order, but I got an "Internal Server Error". I'm just so disappointed!

I bought the Toleriane Dermallergo Crème Moisterizer by this brand because I am going through an acne treatment that dries out my skin and there was good marketing for this online. I am severely disappointed with the product’s quality, the moment you start sweating even in the slightest, no matter how long the product has been on your skin, it will come off. Absolute scam. It made me break out even more to the point that I bought a new moisturiser despite being generally against overconsumption and product waste. Do not buy this.

awful, overpriced junk that made me break out, what a scam

Very poor customer service. I had an allergic reaction back in April to a serum targeted at those with sensitive skin. Contacted customer service a few times since for a response...shouldn't have bothered, rubbish service, still waiting "someone" to get back to me 6 months after my initial call

I NEVER write reviews. So when i say this is by far the worst customer experience you will get, please believe me. Someone wrote about the customer experience she got over the phone and it was exactly the same for me. He was more interested in collecting my data, name, phone no, email. and when i complained, he basically said he must have all of that before he will hear my complaints and told me if i am not patient i could hang up. The chat customer service wasn't any better. not once did anyone say, we are sorry you are experiencing this. Product supposedly shipped a week ago, tracking says still hasn't arrived at sort facility. An absolute joke

Biggest scam ever, my skin literally explodes when using their products. i have an atopic skin with atopic dermatitis because i am struggling to find products that hydrate, reduce irritation and will not clogg my pores. For some reason literally every pharmacy in Belgium advices their products first but they give me the wordt experience of anything i tried.

If I could rate the company zero stars I would. No customer service or replies to emails. I've been waiting for 2 months for a reply to my request for a refund on their Effaclar system which caused my skin to have an allergic reaction. Awful company to deal with- I would never purchase anything from them again.

I ordered products worth 110$ Canadian on September 6th, 2023. This was a birthday gift order for my mom, her birthday is tomorrow (September 21st). When I ordered the website said there was a 72 hour delay, which I understood. My order still has not shipped out. I have done the chat online through their website and keep being told everyday that the order has been packed and will ship anyday now. I have contacted customer service by phone, and the guy on the other end,I think, is auditioning to be a robot. No emotion, no empathy and zero knowledge of what could be going on except "it has been packed and will ship anyday now". When I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, I am told there is none. There is also no other department to contact. I have sent a message on instagram on September 12th, and there still has been no response. This is THE WORSE experience I have ever had with an online order and OF COURSE they have a no cancel policy! I will never spend a cent through this company again and if you're reading my review, I wouldn't suggest you spend a cent neither.

What a mistake ordering from this brand! Their lipid lotion gave me disgusting fat deposits on my knuckles and they’re still there. I wanted to return but if the package has been opened they won’t pay for the return shipping. Who knows if I would have even got my money back. It was only a few items and not worth the time and trouble to send back. And the gross fat deposits on my hands are still there and don’t know if they’ll ever go away. Don’t purchase from this company!

I made an online purchase on June 7, 2023. My order took well over the estimated delivery time and was not shipped for weeks. I reached out numerous times to customer service during that period and only received one response stating that they were dealing with shipping issues. I tried to have my order cancelled numerous times due to the inconvenient shipping delays - I would have been able to purchase the items from Shoppers Drug Mart, however I wanted to support the business directly and receive some free samples. The order was finally shipped on June 27, 2023. Once my order was shipped I received tracking information - it stated it was delivered on June 28, 2023 via Apple Express. I had never heard of this shipping company and their tracking website does not give any details about where my parcel was left. I have not been able to locate my order and have tried to contact the merchant directly via their website contact form, email, Facebook messenger, live chat, and Twitter. I have also tried to call. No one ever returns these messages. The messages on social media are being marked as read, but still no response. I finally filed a dispute with my bank, however the merchant “provided proof the items were delivered”. So they are responding to the bank, but not to the customer. I am now out hundreds of dollars and am receiving no response from La Roche Posay. This is terrible customer service. I have since reopened the dispute to provide additional supporting documentation that I have not received my order and am hoping for a resolution.

After a terrible online shopping experience (separate issue) I returned my items. 2 months later I have still not received my refund and have been told that my return was not received, despite me having photographic evidence to the contrary. I’ve been told on numerous occasions that I will receive a full response to my now formal complaint, and each time have been left waiting for days. Still no response, still no refund. They’re completely incommunicado now, and are ignoring my constant emails. Do not shop here unless you want endless issues when returning their overpriced and overhyped items.

The worst online shopping experience ever: my order got lost. La Roche-Posay's customer service advised me to get in touch with DPD to sort it out. However, DPD informed me that I should contact La Roche-Posay instead, as they haven't received my parcel. It's a vicious circle. Despite paying for next day delivery, it has been a week, and I still haven't received my order or my money back.
I was also assured by La Roche-Posay's customer service that I would receive a resolution from their investigation team within two working days. However, it's evident that I haven't received any response at all.

The delivery is extremely slow after ordering you receive a message that it will take a while until you will receive the order.
I chat with the customer service and she said that it is as it is and an order in progress cnnot even be cancelled
