I moved into a house that had a Wren kitchen fitted, I wanted to add an additional unit. When I contacted Wren they said we needed to order 5b8nits minimum.
I did a Google image search of the doors that I needed to match, which took me to Lark and Larks.
I found their website very user friendly, I could put in the exact dimensions of the door, side panel and kick board that I needed. To have it all customized was £158 a fraction of the cost of Wren!
The customer service was great, the delivery was super speedy and the quality was impeccable!

Good Quality
Easy to order. Great description of item with accurate measurements. Good variety of sizes. Excellent quality. Fair price. Delivery could be cheaper and a bit quicker. But overall I'm very satisfied.

Poor service
Ordered a pair of replacement wardrobe doors 23rd Sept, when they arrived 6th Oct one was visually damaged the other box was badly damaged and upon couriers advice rejected delivery. Upon contacting was told would have to wait until they were received back at manufactures before anything could happen even though sent photos to prove damage. Chased and chased and it took over a month to eventually get a refund although had been promised it was processed on many occasions.
First I was unaware of the out sourcing of the manufacturing, second they took no ownership of the issue and third it took my constant chasing to get my money back.
Very poor customer service and will never use them again.
