My order was complex with multiple sizes , 3 different door finishes and different hinge placements , all arrived perfect .
Well packaged and lead time was good.
Helpful and pleasant sales advisors.
Only minor gripe was delivery came in 2 lots on consecutive days , the courier is one of those who just gave an all day delivery time with no live tracking so means you have to be home all day.

Zurfiz high gloss doors
I purchased doors, end panels and kick boards in Zurfiz high gloss with a glass effect edge, I was extremely pleased with the high quality, they look superb. I had all the doors drilled and they were all accurate. Delivery was about 2 weeks after ordering, the doors all arrived in perfect condition, the packaging is excellent which pretty much guarantees that everything should arrive pristine.
I'm so impressed by how good my utility looks I'm now going to update the kitchen to match.

I have carried out alterations to my kitchen. I needed a door and kickboard made to match the existing. Elly was very helpful in making sure I got my order right. My order was ready for me to collect within the time stated and everything fitted perfectly. Excellent service.

Verynice wardrobes
Quality is very good but one door arrived chipped as the box was damaged. We didn't report it as we had builders which were costing a lot of money and we couldn't delay fitting. It would have been great if there were construction instructions. I would buy again, the wardrobes look great.

Doors made incorrectly, customer service rubbish.
I bought 22 bespoke doors for storage units within our school. 6 came with the hinges drilled in the wrong place and 3 came with no hinge holes at all. I expected Larks to rush the 3 replacement doors through, and get them to me whilst my fitter was still on site. I was told "Sorry there is a 5 day lead time on all bespoke doors"
The replacement doors arrived 13 days later.
The doors are good quality, when drilled in the right place. Customer support is dismissive and rubbish.

Doors for DIY new build wardrobe
I recently purchased 2 pairs of doors from you to make a wardrobe in a recess in a bedroom. The doors were made to my specified sizes and with a vinyl finish for painting. I am very impressed by the quality of your products and the dimensions are perfect including the holes you made for the hinges. The final outcome is really good. My wife is keen to have some built in wardrobes converted from sliding to hinged doors so I expect to be sending at least one more order soon. Thanks for great service and excellent items.

All went well until it didn't
Placed 2 orders with them. All went well initially - found their website user friendly and up to delivery all went well. It was the after sales that it went downhill. Delivery was on either a Wednesday or Thursday and we fitted the doors on the Saturday. I had a contrasting colour of carcass and doors and the 4mm gap between doors didn't look right. We stopped fitting the doors so I could speak to them on Monday. I was told it was industry standard. I was keen to 'close the gap' and didn't fit anymore whilst we tried to find a solution. In the end I was prepared to get new doors with only getting a credit for one door that hadn't been drilled for hinges. Note : during this back and forth time of several weeks, the customer service was almost non existent - I would be promised phone calls that didn't happen - was given excuses of someone on holiday or in meetings that I found out afterwards wasn't true. The icing on the cake was when we just thought we should fit the rest of the doors as we couldn't return them anyway to see how bad they looked. On opening one of the boxes which had been safely stored with a door in it, it was damaged - horizontal slices which cut through the plastic wrapped on the doors. It was obvious factory damage (we suspected it was when the door was plastic wrapped). The box was completely unharmed (had checked boxes for damage at delivery). I was told that damage had to be reported within 48 hours which makes no sense at all. I did check the boxes but didn't open everything. Nobody has their fitter booked so soon after delivery and even if they did it often takes a week for fitting. I sent pictures of the damage and they apparently contacted the supplier. I was told that they reject that it was factory damage (I had only sent one photo at that point but told them I could send more) - insinuating that it was damaged by myself. I pointed out to them that it was only a £60-70 door and it's the principal of it all and I was 1000% certain this door was damaged inside the box. I had another large order to place and felt the lack of customer service didn't warrant me placing another order with them. For me all went well until it didn't - then they didn't want to know. This is the first review I've ever done - but felt it was important for others to know the risk.
