Initially we tried to rent the apartment and Langford Rae worked tirelessly to find us tenants but there did seem to be any tenants due primarily to the COVID crisis.

We then decided to sell the apartment and Neil and James quickly found us prospective buyers.

After we had received an offer, Langford Rae were able to advice us on getting a lawyer and on the selling process. With their help we were able to complete the sale in under 8 weeks!
