We were really pleased with the service, first from James who showed us round and then from Jill who was brilliant at keeping the purchas moving. Jill provided regular updates and any questions we had in a calm and patient manner despite being so busy with the demand at that time. We love our house and thank the team for making it as stress free as possible.

From the first meeting, after getting lost to find the property and the estate agent calmly waiting for us and guiding us, only for phone to run of battery and eventually finding the place, and he still there waiting for us turning up 30 minutes late, answering all our questions, the first impression was fantastic.

Nikki, Jill and the Team were exceptional. We sold a house during Covid and they managed the whole process in a professional and supportive manner. What could have been very stressful was made easier by their proactive approach. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Most house sales have their ups and downs, but ours was particularly bumpy. Without the guiding hand of Langford Rae we would have been lost for sure. We moved during lockdown and fortunately Langford Rae introduced us to a solicitor that was working full time throughout the pandemic.
