Neil and his team are extremely professional with the rental process from start to finish, keeping you updated on every stage of the way. I have rented from these guys a few times. If a problem occurs in the flat, they attend to it and put things right in no time at all. A professional company with the personal touch, I would recommend them every time!!

I recently sold my aunt's house in chelsfield park through Langford Rae estate agents and couldn't be happier with their service and advice. I couldn’t recommend Langford Rae highly enough. They have managed my property for a few years now and always find me good tenants who pay their rent on time and look after the property well. This time round Sarah Jewett handled the property. She oversaw the pre tenancy maintenance work, arranged for the property to be professionally cleaned, conducted viewings, referenced my tenants, prepared the tenancy agreement and ensured everything went smoothly and to plan.

Langford Rae Property Agents took on the task of finding tenants for my property. They were super efficient taking all the stress away from me allowing me to carry on with my day to day business only involving me when I needed to choose which tenant I would prefer after they had all been approved.
