Exceptional Performance

I have a particularly difficult tenant, who is in the process of being evicted and with over a years rent arrears .

The team however were able to negotiate the barriers and excuses she made and get this visit safely performed

great all round service

Very efficient booking system, readily flexible if timings/dates needed to be changed, friendly and helpful team. Used them for two properties and will do so again when new checks needed.

Excellent Service

I had to carry out EICR certification for my hair saloon in Putney. Contacted Landlords Checks team and spoke with Tanveer who was extremely helpful to arrange the service. Price quoted was extremely reasonable. We will definitely use them again for other services.

Landlord Checks unnessary work.

I employed Landlord Checks to provide a Gas Safety Check. They failed the test and said the boiler flue needed 230 plus VAT of remedial work . The boiler was installed last Oct 2022 so I was surprised. I asked the original installer to come and verify the Landlord Checks . They tested everything thoroughly and found no fault whatsoever. I requested a refund from Landlord Checks but they refused. 230 plus VAT for unnessary work. Draw your own conclusions. Won,t be using Land Lord Checks ever again.
Land Lord Checks still persist with trying to justify trying to stiff me for work that was unnecessary! Hey guys why not just give me the refund and quietly accept you,re in the wrong. This is a case of the lady toth protest methinks!

Good afternoon Antony,

I apologies for the experience you had with us. However, we feel this review is unnecessary.

We had to fail the certificate because the flue was not sealed correctly. We have provided you with a picture as evidence. Also, we have provided you with the latest flue regulation documents.

Whoever, installed your boiler has given you the wrong certificate, because the flue was not sealed correctly.

We cannot issue you a refund as we have completed the work and provided you with the certificate. Unfortunately, we cannot issue you with a pass certificate as the flue is not sealed. It is a hazard that makes the report unsatisfactory. Without these safety precautions, dangerous levels of carbon monoxide can build up, with the possibility of fatal consequences.

We did not try to charge you £230.00 + VAT. We have given you a quote where you have the option to either accept or decline the quotation.

Once again, we apologies for this inconvenience.

David and Paul did a refurbishment for me on my mother's flat. They were fantastic to work with in all areas of the project and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The price was fair, they liaised with me throughout and I was thrilled with the result.

I can’t recommend this company enough

I can’t recommend this company enough. I contacted them on Friday afternoon and an appointment was booked for Monday, certificate received on Tuesday. Super quick service and everyone was very professional and helpful.
