Bought a £200 coatrack which was…
Bought a £200 coatrack which was supplied and delivered without the required fixings in the box. Lampmasters refused to send the fixings out to me after, this has been going on for 3 weeks now. Every time they request another picture. Send a picture of the box. Then send a picture of the instructions manual. Send a picture of the coatrack. Send a picture of the code on the coatrack (there isn't one). Send another picture of the box.
They send out items without the fixings (which state they are included) but aren't, then instead of solving the issue, they just mess you around til you give up. I would never purchase from them again and would recommend that nobody does.

Still not received my parcel
Still not received my parcel, order was placed in November. Lamp masters have sent my parcel/order out with only part of my address on it therefore courier is unable to deliver been a disaster trying to contact courier to rectify the problem now 19th December and no parcel very disappointed customer.

Unfortunately, while placing your order with us on November 30th, you stated your address details incorrectly. We shipped it on December 3rd and you contacted us about changing the delivery address after the first, failed delivery attempt.
We contacted GLS about correcting the delivery address the same day you emailed us - December 12th.
We tried to reach out to GLS once again to escalate your case.

Never used lampmasters before… I checked trust pilot for reviews… some good some not so good reviews…. My whole experience with lampmasters is 100% satisfaction…. Henri who was helping with my order ( I live in Glasgow) I wanted delivery to go smoothly and it did .. he kept me updated the whole time if I had any concerns he delt with them professionally. So much so I am hoping to order table lamp to match inlay t2 linear floor lamp ….i would recommend lampmasters 100%… Eleanor H
