The lights took a while to arrive, but worth waiting for. I love being able to dim them and they direct well to different areas. The spotlights are smaller than I expected and the light is closer to the end of each spot, so they are a bit more glaring than I expected, so 4 stars instead of 5.

Easy to order and excellent communication recovery status. Lights well packaged. Good price paid. Would use again and highly recommend.

Product excellent quality, well packaged so no damage in post. Slightly slower than average delivery time but slightly cheaper shopping than other sites. Excellent communication at all times from the retailer.

The driver had even writtten a hand note on the package which was for an entirely different property over 200 yards away.
These couriers are terrible.

The only company I have found which sells 'coolie' type lampshades for that great art deco look.

The measurements of the item were not as stated on the site, which resulted in having to go through the expense & great effort of returning the item, which was far too much & took from the 30/10 to the 21/11 to be refunded. I don't think €15.00 should have been deducted from the refund when the fault lies with the seller, & although given several ticket numbers none of my queries where ever answered, so all together I am an unhappy customer.

I ordered Fatboy Bolleke Portable Pendant limped and they came in good time. The price was also very good.

Speedy delivery and bulbs arrived safely and well packed. I wish I'd noticed, though, that despite searching for a UK site, the products were delivered from Denmark and thus held up by UK Customs.

(In the end, this did not matter as it turned out my light fitting was at fault & causing the old bulbs to blow. The new bulbs will be used elsewhere in my home!).

Appauling. Purchased a light for my husband. The light didn’t work. Asked if it could be fixed. Told it couldn’t be (through your online chat. Please review correspondence! Interesting how I cannot retrieve it!) and was offered a replacement, so recycled the original lamp. Once the new lamp arrived several weeks later was asked to pay for the replacement or else return it. What a joke! Do not purchase from this company!!!
