Very well packaged.
Nice delivery times considering UK delivery: ordered on 8th April and received on 14th April. Honest prices and no custom duties to UK.

Only feedback is for GLS to provide expected delivery times/time range (not just "In Delivery Today").

Otherwise, very happy and will purchase from Lamp Masters again. Thank you!

Liked the look of this light after searching for weeks and it does give a good clean light. However, the light appears to work in a 'sensor only' mode and goes off after approx 30 seconds...not what I was expecting and couldn't see this stated in the product description. Be great if there is a way to overide 'sensor' mode.
The light does look good though and appears great value for money, but I guess time will tell.
Deliver updates weren't great...was showing as 'clearing customs' within 2 days then no updates on the tracking link and item delivered about 5 days later with any notification. Overall I'm happy, but if only there was an overide function for sensor mode

Very good service. Took a few extra days due from coming from the EU and going through customs but was told about everything and I kept an eye on the tracking link. They even included an British plug adapter which is a really nice touch. Could not find any issues with my product or the delivery. Simple, easy and no worries at all.

I had a great experience buying several lamps here, great quality Scandic design range and at very good prices, due to Christmas sales. Very good service when I wanted to add more from same design range. Everything was excellently packaged so even DPD rough handling of boxes meant glass lamp shades made it without a scratch.
