A large choice of original accessories. A extremely useful and kind service by Romain. I had made a little mistake in my order and he solved everything with a high level of customer service.

J’ai acheté récemment une lampe en France, livraison assez longue je ne comprends pas et je vois qu’il a été livré dans le point relais que j’avais sélectionné. Ok. J’y vais et eux me disent qu’ils ne l’ont pas acceptés car trop encombrant. Donc j’écris au SAV de lampe mesteren en leur expliquant que le point relais ne l’a jamais eu entre les mains. Ils acceptent de lancer une enquête auprès de leur transporteur. Entre temps je retourne dans mon point relais pour chercher d’autre colis et ils m’avertissent que le site les as contacté pour savoir s’ils avaient le colis et ils ont bien dit que non. J’ai espoir qu’il soit livré ailleurs donc j’attends la fin de l’enquête. Et là 10 jours plus tard, je reçois comme unique information : apparement on vous la livré aujourd’hui. Enquête clôturé. Sauf qu’ils n’avancent aucune preuve, que le point relais est témoin de n’avoir jamais rien reçu, que je leur ai fais un témoignage sur honneur que je n’avais rien. Voilà la réponse d’un site de vente en ligne aujourd’hui. Je me suis faite arnaquée d’une centaine d’euros et ils n’ont même pas la décence de fournir une réponse légitime. Vous payez c’est tout ce qui compte et ensuite si vous êtes livrés correctement tant mieux mais si vous avez le malheur d’avoir un soucis de livraison alors bonne chance pour retrouver votre argent ou votre article… j’achète depuis 15 ans sur internet exclusivement je n’ai jamais vu ça.

Since we ordered six lamps it was important to us that everything in the order be correct, and it was.

Great e-shop with designer lamps and accessories. I have made a several purchases recently and I can recommend this store to everyone. Items are carefully packed, fast free shipping to my country and amazing customer service (big thanks to Simon who was able to help with all my questions!)

I give them high marks for delivering exactly what I needed, at a reasonable price, and quickly.

It's just a shame that they don't have a lower-priced shipping option with a slightly longer delivery time.

In my case, the product I ordered was priced at EUR 169.60, but the shipping cost was a whopping EUR 95.00. lol

I am very satisfied. Polyulea is very beautiful modern and stylish. It fit the interior perfectly.Light, stylish, with adjustable hanging length for each of the segments.

Sent photos of the length and width of the clear glass bulb cover. I told them that the item and dimensions on line didn't match my glass cover. They said it was the right one. You know what it wasn't the right one and now I have an angry customer who has an important gathering and the light issue has not been corrected. Can anyone do anything right anymore?
