I ordered two jerseys off this site and only received 1 which they tried telling me they both came. They took my money for both but only delivered 1. Ridiculous

I know at around the holidays Orders may take Longer but ordered my Jersey on 11/21/24 And it went from Illinois to New Jersey and I live in Indiana it's been in New Jersey for 10 days and has not moved
Get no response from anyone when you ask about it

I understand that during this time orders take a littler longer, but I didn't think it would take this long. I ordered my jersey on 11/15/2024 and still have not received it. I haven't even received an email stating that it was processed.

I ordered on 11/5/24 and the item has not yet arrived. The estimated delivery time was between 11/19 and 11/23 and “for custom products, it may take a bit longer.” I ordered a number on the jersey, but no name, so I know it will “take a bit longer.” I’ve been tracking, but the tracking info is odd. Keeps saying the same thing, just with different dates. I didn’t expect the taking a bit longer to be 12 days plus after the indicated delivery period. I need it by 12/11 so I’m hoping it shows up.

The item still has not arrived (12/11/24), and I had to buy another gift since I needed it by today. Lady Jacket said yesterday I’d get a 50% refund within 24 hours. I called back tonight since the email was not received. Tonight I was told I’d get 50% refunded when the item arrived. Crazy. I’ve now been told I’ll get it by 12/21/24 and if not, I’ll get a full refund. It’s already been too long. I want my money back but can’t get it because they say the item is on its way.

The jersey arrived 12/15/24 which was too late as I needed it by 12/11/24. I bought a replacement gift and left town early on 12/12/24 with a different gift. I returned home 12/16/24 to find it was delivered 12/15/24. I have been courteous in all my phone calls, but I’m done. I will not be ordering from this company in the future.

They sent me the wrong merchandise then proceeded to tell me I couldn't return it! Horrible customer service!

Order a jacket and they sent the wrong color jacket. They will not accept a return as it states it accepts returns. Company is pretty shady!!!

Me adding a comment because they lied to paypal. Stated I never sent in a dispute. I provided Paypal proof of several emails sent and a reply for Lady Jacket. I have accepted my lost but will never shp with them again. Buyer beware trying to save a few dollars will cost more sometimes. Better to do business with a reputable provider.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I understood that it was going to take some time to get the item I ordered. The issue is when it showed up. The jersey was 2 sizes too small and they would not exchange the item. So now we are stuck with a jersey that does not fit the individual it was purchased for. Absolutely terrible terrible company to work with!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

This is another update as of January 9, 2025. They sent me another dark brown shirt with my name and number on it after I had told them I wanted the pumpkin colored one. So now I have 2 brown with my name and number and my husband has a pumpkin colored one. We still don't match which was the purpose os buying these shirts.This situation is not getting resolved.
This is an update to my last review.
It is now December 22nd, almost a month since I posted the first review. As of today the issue of different colored jerseys has not been corrected. They said they would make good on my purchase and have not. Now they are not responding to my emails. As a business owner for 35 tears it's very sad to me that they choose to conduct business this manner.

I purchased 2 matching jerseys for my husband and myself. When I recieved the jerseys thet were 2 different colors. I contacted customer service to rectify this matter and as of today nothing has been done.

What a scam dont buy from them ordered a Jersey it doesnt fit true to size and they keep giving me the run around and wont let me return it not to mention I found the authentic jersey on fanatic for same price this store is the biggest scam dont waist your money.

From a fans prospective. The wait and knowing that it stayed in one place in the states for a 2 week wait Woodridge IL. Til wife said. Lets just track it though USPS. And by the three and half week it started moving down south to Texas. One month like they said.

Got Jersey was not XL for adult, maybe for a kid. They won’t respond to any of my emails. Want exchange or refund.

Look y'all it clearly says on the main page before you order that it's gonna take a while to get your jersey; I don't know if people like to complain, if they're illiterate or just lazy. I just ordered my jersey 2 days ago because I literally can't get this custom limited edition jersey anywhere excepta well known licensed site and they won't do more than 9 letters on the back. I haven't even gotten it yet but I already I won't be complaining as long as it gets here before Christmas. Y'all are screwing up a rating system on trust pilot with your griping even when you do come back and say "oh wait it finally got here and it's phenomenal, emif you can edit your post you can update your star rating. Just sayin

Ordered and paid for 2 jerseys on 10/3/24 and do to not receiving items requested a cancellation with full refund on 10/30/24 which was totally ignored via chat and support email. Finally received one jersey on 11/6/24 and was not satisfied with its quality along with incorrect size. Therefore once again requested a full refund if 147.89 which was ignored but advised that would credit 30% of my order. Still haven’t received second jersey by 11/8/24 and after requesting a full refund and return label once second jersey arrives still waiting on return approval. My experience with this company has been a total nightmare to say the least

My merchandise arrived four days before the expected delivery date and I was thrilled.Absolutely love it, it is worth every penny! The email communication regarding my purchase was phenomenal from start to finish and I already ordered some js for my husband that I'm looking forward to receiving. Happy customer here!

Still waiting on a jersey for my wife I ordered a month ago, and I’m getting no reply from their customer service. I’m going to try to reverse the charge thru my credit card.

I have order over 6 weeks ago. Still no jersey.i have contacted them multiple times and they say it's on its way. I have asked for a refund and it went quiet. I guess I'm going to have to file it as fraud to get my money back. Don't purchase form this site.

My husband ordered me a jersey on Sept 22. It's October 25 and we still don't have it. They tried to blame it on the hurricane in Florida, which makes no sense since they are based on China and we are in the Midwest. Everyone they are contacted , they push back the expected date. We're about to file a charge back.

I ordered an Andy Dalton Panthers jersey.nfl. the order did take about 3 of 4 weeks to get here but the jersey was top notch. Patches and embroidery like a 500 dollar jersey for 80 bucks. Super happy and would recommend
