It's a scam. Don't order

The ordering process was quite easy. Their inventory was very large. It was hard to decide what to order! When the Jersey arrived the quality was excellent. I’m sure that this will not be my last order from them.

This place is an absolute scam. I ordered a youth small jersey. They sent me a jersey large enough to fit my husband whom is 6’4” and claimed I ordered an adult small. After showing them the receipt that clearly says Youth Small they have decided to beat around the bush and not email me back. They keep asking for the same information that I have already sent over and over. My 7 year old son asked for a Fernando jersey for Christmas. I ordered it in mid November. I received the WRONG jersey in mid December. Now it is too late to find another. I would not order from this company.

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. If you look it up it’s owned by burger lords II which is a restaurant in California. The payment goes to an international contact. I ordered on December 1 and was told it would arrive by December 17. I received tracking information and it’s been in New Jersey since I ordered it. Fifty emails later, no progress. They are a scam. I have filed with BBB and have notified PayPal they are working with a fraudulent company. I asked to have my ordered cancelled and received no response.

I wish I had checked here before ordering. LadyJacket.com company is a scam. The orders are fake sports jerseys that are made and shipped from China. Once you order and weeks go by waiting there is no way to cancel the order. My 14 year old son sent me a link to this site with a Jersey that he wanted for Christmas. I ordered a month ahead of time and it still has not shipped.

Omg! Shame on me for not reading reviews before hand. Made my purchase early November, over two weeks later received a tracking number through USPS and the package have been in one location over 2 weeks now! Reach out to Ladyjacket and the said bare with them because of the season which is understandable but don’t keep pushing the date back and not giving me any answers on why my non customized item that cost almost $90 isn’t here yet. A few more days and I will be disputing charges, and filing a complaint with BBB

Ordered two jerseys for my son for Christmas on 11/25/24. Today is 12/17/24 and I am getting the run around. Asking me to wait a little longer. My package “has been stuck” on the same shipping status since 11/28/24. Was promised this would arrive before Christmas. But it doesn’t look that way. Very disappointed as this has passed their window of shipping.

Received finally. One jersey was okay the other was horrible quality with funky glitter (on a man’s jersey) and the wrong size. I ordered a medium and received what seemed to be an xxl.

Will not be ordering from this site again.

BEWARE!!!! I should have known I would have been scammed when I first was unable to purchase with my credit card, tried two different cards, and only a PayPal payment was accepted. Then I noticed that my payment on PayPal was not to ladyjacket but to Nyguyen Thi Thu Trang. We emailed customer service with a timely response from them, assuring us that my item will be shipped soon. December 2 my item went into shipping and since then no updates have been made in USPS. I talked to my local post office and they said I should be concerned that my package is not coming as it appears it is currently with a third-party. Let me also say that shipping started in NJ but yet their website says they are in Cali. I’m in PA, so if it was coming from NJ I should have had it by now! Attempted to contact customer service, but no longer can get in touch with them. Will be starting a dispute!

Ordered 11/27 when I tracked it it was in NJ where it has been for the past 14 days! Im skeptical about this company and am losing hope of getting the jersey before Christmas…

Product is good, that I would give 5*. When it arrives.
Delivery is odd and notifications also, I got a new one saying the same very 3 days. My package still says it’s in both LA and Illinois from November 16th. Yet it arrived today with 4 labels with different tracking but the top one says same day delivery.

I want to say very pleased with my purchase of a jersey from Ladyjacket. But the journey my purchase took afterI ordered, it was pretty crazy! When my order arrived, I was shocked to see not only was it the wrong size, Color, team and not even the right sport! I immediately notified Lady jacket and they got on it right away and offered to send another jersey. A few days later, I received a call from somebody in my town Asking if I had A football jersey that I hadn’t ordered because she had a Cleveland guardians jersey that she didn’t order. Yes, that was my jersey! There were two labels on her package and she was able to see my name underneath ( I then noticed that my package had two labels on it). So apparently the carrier had switched the labels. It ended well as we were able to exchange our jerseys.
Why I gave a five star review, is because this was not the fault a lady jacket, but they were willing to replace my item and we’re very friendly and helpful. In fact, the other jersey was not even from Lady jacket. So they were just trying to make it right. I would definitely order from them again because of their wonderful customer service and quick response to my problem!

Buyer beware!! I placed an order awhile ago and still haven’t received it nor has the communication with customer service been valid. I’ve been emailing customer service(a few weeks now) and they reply with wrong order numbers and shipping information that isn’t even valid to my order. Tried calling customer service but no reply and it goes to a ‘google’number. Now their reply is automated stating is busy!! I refuse to wait any longer and have requested my money back from my banking company.
If I’d seen these reviews before purchasing I wouldn’t have ordered from them. These bad reviews are on point! They don’t deserve the one star I had to put!

I haven’t even gotten mine yet but feel the need to praise these people. I’ve heard from other the quality is great- and like everyone here I ordered and it’s taking a long time. I emailed and asked about it- mainly bc my tracking info reads like the item was simply never sent- and they got back to me so quickly and kindly. They explained they use third party shipper so the USPS tracking I received is simply awaiting that shipper and needs to clear the proper channels like any other time you buy foreign made goods l! Looking forward to getting if soon and will report back.

I ordered almost a month ago. It said delivery on Dec 9th and still have not received it. I also have not received any shipping confirmation as of now.

I placed an order 11/6/24 and received tracking info 11/13/24; since that day that package havent had any activity. I emailed them and complained and was told to give it more time. It has been a month still no jersey and now they aren't responding to my emails so I have to dispute the transaction

update: I received my order 1/2/2025 2 months later; I was told to be patient it was being embroidered just for it to arrivw sublimated, discolorated and poor quality. I will never order from this company again

Ordered my jersey 1 size larger as recommended now I’m just waiting for the process to exchange my Big ass Jersey. Customer service asked for the measurements, I gave it to them with pictures and all still no reply. Usually customer service is good but this company is definitely lacking in this field. Just need an exchange please!

Ordered jersey on 10-31-24. I knew it would take a while to ship, I figured 2 months was enough time for Christmas delivery. I waited a month and the website indicated it was still processing. I contacted LadyJacket on 11-30-24 and they said the item was in the shippers hands. They then told me the item was delivered 11-30-24, I asked for proof of delivery. They sent me proof that the item was delivered to the wrong city and state, then they provided proof of delivery to a different wrong city and state. Every time I respond to them they send me more conflicting delivery information while the website is showing the item is still in process. I do not believe I will ever get this item and asked for a full refund. Today is day 10 of daily communication with this company and I am just getting the runaround.
Update.
After 16 days of communication, Ladyjacket finally provided me with the proof of delivery I requested. They did provide a picture of the delivery which helped in trying to locate my package. If they would have sent this initially i would have no complaint. As information the website is still showing that the order has processed. I would advise to order at your own risk.

deeply regret ordering from LadyJacket. I purchased a custom jersey for my late mother’s funeral, an order that was incredibly meaningful to me and time-sensitive. Despite placing my order well in advance, the delivery date was pushed back multiple times without any proactive communication from the company.

When I contacted customer service, I received copy-and-paste responses that provided no real answers. I was eventually given two tracking numbers with conflicting information—both with the same processing date but originating from entirely different states. Now, they’ve claimed to transfer my package to another courier, further delaying the delivery to a time well beyond when I needed it.

The funeral has passed, and I still have not received the jersey. Even worse, LadyJacket has refused to cancel my order or issue a refund, despite failing to meet their promised delivery timeframe. This company has shown a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and empathy during an already difficult time.

I would strongly advise against ordering from LadyJacket, especially if your order is time-sensitive or meaningful. This experience has been nothing short of heartbreaking and frustrating.
