I purchased a Salute to Service 2023 Joe Burrow jersey. It was supposed to be brown and it is orange. The lettering and numbering looks tacky and cheap.

All their stuff is replica made in China so shipping is minimum 2 weeks. They’re sizing is totally different then actual/official NFL jerseys…so the large I ordered looks like a cute dress on me rather than a jersey. Simply reached out to them, said Jersey is too big need to return/refund. Now that I don’t have a cool New Jersey for the game Sunday. No return info/anything from them…just keep telling me to measure the Jersey for them, WHAT? I don’t need to measure a Jersey for you, I don’t work for u! I need a return label, look at it when u get it back. The jersey is the wrong size, I can’t use it or a new one weeks from now, what does me wasting my time taking measurements for you have to with the matter at hand, still waiting on return info, asked for it like 5 times! Just wow.
After all this & sending me the inaccurate size they then said they could give me a 50% refund, lady by the name of Isabella Grace…not sure why they get to keep half my money for their bad sizing but still…SO GUESS WHAT - NEVER GOT THE REFUND, Isabella there, & Lady Jacket in general simply ignored me after saying they’d give me a partial refund.

Terrible customer support. They never answer you back. All I want to do is know if my order is being shipped

Same thing as another customer...no change in tracking for over 2 weeks. Now they say it will come in two weeks and want to offer me more of a discount. Lies Lies Lies lol

My family has had a terrible experience with ladyjacket.com and will not use them again. I purchased a jersey for my son on October 5, 2024 and have yet to receive it on October 23, 2024 (well after their 14-17 day estimated arrival time). Though I purchased with the correct shipping address it was accidentally sent to the wrong address on another coast!
After spending hours on a chat with their customer service (they have no number to contact anyone) I was sent this email after requesting overnight shipping to correct their error:

10/22/24Hello, I’m reaching out to update you on the shipping status for your order #XXXXX. We would like to inform you that there was a small mistake made by our staff while updating the tracking number in the system. They mistakenly entered the tracking number for a different order. Currently, your order is still in transit and is expected to arrive in 5-6 days. Please kindly wait. Here is the correct tracking number for your order XXXX.

Never received items after over 2 weeks. Business has multiple addresses, fake social media pages, etc. They only let you pay through PayPal so you can report it as fraud and they still make money. This website is a scam.
