I ordered this item on December 17, 2024 and have asked through email customer service where it is since it has been sitting in a facility since December 23, 2024. It is now January 7, 2025 and still nothing.
We finally received the item on Friday, January 17, 2025. The item is not up to par and have sent a request to return and refund. We haven't heard anything back.

Item arrived 40 days after my order. They promised a refund of it didn't arrive by January 3rd and declined to refund me because "if I could have more patience "

Still waiting on the jersey we ordered on November 27th, 2024 for our son's Christmas present. The site stated delivery before Christmas. It's now January and no jersey. It's impossible to contact anyone from customer service. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Do not order from them!!!

I ordered a jersey from them back in October, and it arrived. My kid liked it, and it was decent. I ordered again on Nov 23rd for a Christmas gift. I asked on Dec 14th if it would arrive by Christmas. They assured me it would, even though the tracking showed it sitting it in the same location for weeks. It never arrived, and they gave me many excuses about it being a busy time of year. Two weeks after it’s predicted arrival date, I filed a dispute with PayPal, and I was refunded.

PayPal has this company tagged as a scam we ordered on December 2 2024 and have not received our package yet as of January 6 2025

Liked - quality of the jersey, arrived a few days later than expected, but it came. Customer service response was about 24-48 hours.
Didn’t like - tracking was misleading and sounds like everyone had exact copy of fake tracking, the Medium jersey was way too big - so the company asked me to measure and report back in case it was mislabeled. Then they said it was not and sent me the size chart. It was clearly sized as an XL on their chart, so I wrote back. They next asked for pics of the jersey with the measuring tape clearly showing measurements. So I did that. Then they again said it matches their size chart (which it only matched the XL, not the Medium). So I circled the measurements in their chart to show them. They said my pic was blurry. And now it’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard back. Unfortunately I looked at these reviews too late. I will give them 2 more days to make it right or else I will Dispute this charge with my bank. IF they make it right, I will update my review.

Buyer beware this company is a scam.

If negative stars were an option…The measurements of the size chart and product do not match. This company refuses to refund anything they only do exchanges and that is IF the product you ordered comes as the wrong item and will then take another 13 weeks to get to you and they want you to pay them extra for the new order because shipping is too expensive for them from China. So even though they wronged you, you still pay more to receive the item you ordered which comes out not authentic in the end regardless, hence the cheaper prices. Don’t give this business any money. Let’s all write up the truths in every platform we can to get them out.

Similarly to other reviews all you get is apology letters with no resolution. Even though I ordered in November with a delivery date of December 15th. I asked multiple times to cancel and refund given it was not going to be delivered on time but just received another apology email stating “give us more time”. No i replied it’s not a custom order please just cancel and refund, I even escalated to PayPal. Needed it by the 25th and if they just canceled and refunded I could have got it in time from a reputable company. I will not buy from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a jersey in November 2024. Today is January 3, 2025. It has been sitting in Plainfield, NJ since November 25, 2024. I have requested a replacement on multiple occasions and all I get are apology letters. This is a bad company to do business with. It is impossible to reach customer service. Each time that I have requested a replacement, I have offered to return the original order if ever received. They first gave me an estimate of delivery by December 28, 2024. Now they are giving me an estimate between January 6 and 11, 2025.

This is not a company that you can trust with your business.

Ordered a jersey November 28th, and it has still not arrived. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for our son that went with tickets to see his favorite team. Now I’m just hoping it arrives before we go to the game. The company sends you a tracking number very quickly but they just create fake scans coming out of New Jersey when really the item is in China and hasn’t even been shipped. I spoke to someone and they sent me what they called a “more detailed” tracking and the item hadn’t even left china and that was three weeks after I had ordered it.

Their website advertised that if you ordered before November 30th it would reach you by Christmas. Their website also has their address as somewhere in New Jersey but really all items are coming from China. I’ve read reviews where people got their jerseys and they just took a long time. I’m skeptical that it will ever come at this point.

I ordered two jerseys from lady jacket. For starters I never received a tracking e mail, I had to reach out to get the tracking. Then my package sat in the same status for weeks. I reached out and was told it would arrive by 12/19/24 even though the tracking I had did not show that. After waiting a month, I was told I would receive a refund and two replacement jerseys. Not only did my order not show up but they also did not send replacements. Now I am being completely ignored by customer service. I’ve sent many e mails trying to resolve this. Do not order from this scam of a website. If I could give zero stars I would. I should have read the reviews before I ordered but I was in a hurry to finish my Christmas shopping. Don’t waste your time or money. Luckily I filed for a refund through pay pal and have since been refunded.

I ordered a jersey over three weeks ago and it still says it’s “processing” this site is a scam and some bs please don’t buy form these people

I am changing my review. I originally thought I was scammed but the product finally arrived. It was damaged but not horribly. I think the items are shipped from outside the US and it takes over a month for items to arrive. They need to change their website to accurately reflect long shipping times. Overall, item was ok but damaged. Ordered 12/4. Arrived 01/15.

Item never received and all you get is an automated reply. Stay away from this company. This is what happens when you order from china.

I ordered a jersey for my boyfriend on November 30th hoping that it would get here in time for Christmas, it’s been in NJ waiting for USPS to pick it up since December 19. It’s January 1st!!! I’m kinda hoping it comes in time by March for his birthday but I’m really disappointed I couldn’t get it by Christmas.

Although there are many very negative reviews about this company, I can tell you that my experience was satisfying in the end. After reading all the reviews about this company being a fraud, I was sure I would not be getting anything at all.I was originally told the Jersey would arrive by 12/23, but it did not arrive until 12/30. Although it arrived a week late, the jersey is of excellent quality and my grandson loves it. When I did not receive it in time for Christmas, I was rightfully disappointed, so I contacted their customer service department. Soon after, I received a message from Ladyjacket apologizing for the delay and asking me to be patient. When the jersey arrived, it came with a discount code for my next purchase. They managed to turn what had been a frustrating experience into a mostly satisfactory one.

This company is a scam and thieves!! Ordered a jersey as a gift on Dec. 3rd and was sent a tracking number but my package was never sent and they blamed it on the holidays. It’s been “sitting in New Jersey” for a month now with no delivery in sight. I’ve sent several emails about wanting a refund and have received no response from customer service. I will be disputing this with my credit card company and reporting this c company for fraud.

Like everyone else, I ordered December 1st, received an email with order tracking which told me it was in Fairfield, NJ warehouse since Dec. 5th and have been waiting on USPS to pick it up since then. I emailed the company early on and they responded quickly saying it’s a busy holiday season and it may be longer than the original 14 day quoted shipping time. But the product supposedly has been in the same place warehouse since Dec. 5th. I’ve been scammed. Opening a dispute with my credit card now to hopefully get the $80 back that I apparently spent on nothing.

They sent me a Youth jersey instead of a Women's large jersey. This shop is a complete scam, hence the 80%+ negative reviews. Buyer Beware
