This company does not do returns or exchanges at all! They email you back and forth a few times and then let you know that. Oh but then they offer you a discount so you have to buy (yes, give them more money!) buy another jersey from them! No thank you!!!

What can I say that hasn't already been said. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They're obviously scammers. When I finally received my jersey a month and half after I ordered (a full month late according to their delivery date), it had the city name terribly misspelled. Not to mentioned, the quality is trash. I've reached out for a refund but haven't heard back. I'm not holding my breath based on previous reviews. I so wish I had checked here before ordering.

I'm still waiting for a Christmas gift. I can't get anyone on the line and getting frustrated. The USPS states it's been in NY since the 1st. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

It took about a month to get my item. There’s a lot of people leaving bad reviews because their order took too long, they order their stuff around the holidays and of course it’s going to take a while longer than the normal. Anyway I was 100% happy and satisfied with my item great quality, good stitch work. I will definitely be a returning customer.Thanks to all the people at Ladyjacket!

I wish I had looked here first. Like every other review, it took about 8 weeks to get the jersey. And when it came in, it is not an "authentic jersey". It is made out of thick drifit material and not jersey material. Very disappointed in the purchase... not only due to quality but also because it wasn't here for Christmas even though we ordered on 11/17.

One star is too much. Delivery took 34 days, bought as Christmas present Dec 3rd. Cheap shirt, can’t even copy the material. Bad fit, and forget trying to exchange or return for a refund. Beware!!

I ordered Nov 26th and still haven’t even received it! Absolutely atrocious! NEVER AGAIN.

Terrible customer service and do not deliver your items. I placed an order on November 27,2024 and still have not received the order January 12, 2025. The website said it would deliver mid December. They were Christmas gifts and the game was December 31st. They don’t answer their phone and do not return your messages. When emailing them they just give excuses and NO refund. I still haven’t received these jerseys and probably won’t. Terrible experience like many of these reviews.

Its been 6 weeks and still hasn't reached usps. I just get told it will be another week. NEVER order from them if you want the item within the next several months.

I ordered a double extra large jersey and they sent me a medium when I tried to exchange it for the correct size they said no returns and no exchange I would recommend that nobody buy from this ragtag company

Ordered a month ago and package still hasn't been sent... I ordered jerseys for my kids 1st hockey game... still not here so I'll have to buy jerseys at the game.. thanks for nothing! This place is a 1000% scam. Wish I seen the reviews before ordering.

Jersey took 2 months to get here. "5-7 days" is all they kept telling me. Finally came, not what I ordered. I'd search elsewhere for your future products.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to do it with this store. The order was late. Much later than I expected. So order waaayyyy ahead of time if it’s a gift for a special occasion. Like two months ahead of time just to be safe. BUT, my order did finally come a little over 6 weeks after I placed it, and the quality of the product is amazing. I got two personalized hockey jerseys, and they are professional quality. Such a great deal, and well worth the wait. I am 100% satisfied with the results.

The product is fantastic...when it finally arrives. I like many others here had to wait 6 weeks for my order, well past christmas despite ordering in November, and with a dormant tracking number that made me think this was a scam. It is not a scam, though, and the final product is perfect. You need a better shipping plan or more workers to turn out product!

I order a louisville bomber jacket in December 17 and I have not received my order I needed for a birthday present next week and no communication whatsoever never again

Ppl need to be patient. I wasn't and I feel bad. My jersey arrived just a little over a month. They did follow through with my purchase, I LOVE MY JERSEY!!! Being that they are out of Cali they are super busy. Now that Cali is on fire be patient. You will get your order.

Quality product. Authentic apparel. Excellent lettering. Fine attention to detail. Don't pay the markup at the big box store when Ladyjacket can provide a custom product. Delivery a little slow but it was the holiday rush and was only a week later than expected. Very responsive to emails. Great overall experience

I placed an order on 12/2 because the delivery window provided was the only vendor that seemed to be able to get here prior to Christmas (12/16-12/23). I still don't have the Jersey. Even worse the customer service lied about status of the package and said that it was received at the sorting facility on 12/21. Here is a direct copy/paste from their email

"We’re pleased to inform you that your order has successfully arrived at the sorting facility and is currently waiting to be loaded onto the transport vehicle for delivery to the USPS warehouse closest to your address."

That was 19 days ago and the shipping label that has sat dormant since 12/11 has still not been updated. They finally acknowledged yesterday that the package was indeed still in transit and not at the sorting facility.

Crazy right? It's one thing to act like your bogus shipping estimate was only off because of the holidays....which is a bit like a firework shop saying they got caught off guard by the 4th of July...but to lie to your customers about the status of the order?

I was aware of the horrible reviews they had but my son really wanted this jersey for Christmas and I held out hope that the shipping window they provided would be legit. Don't be fooled like I was.

My experience with Ladyjacket was excellent. Ordered a customized jersey and it arrived today. It was very good quality material, made in Canada and came exactly as I ordered. That said, the delivery was slow, almost a month but I ordered during the Christmas period and knew ahead of time it would be delivered after Christmas. The delivery date they gave me was right on. I was originally concerned because of the reviews but I'm very happy with the company and my purchase. I sent two order inquiries and both were answered the same day.
