I placed an order on 12/21/24, I was told it would arrive January 5 through January 9, 2025. I soon realized that this company has major problems. They changed the arrival date to the end of January, which was not appreciated. Customer service kept telling me to be patient, we're sorry, please give us more time. At this time, it has been more than 5 weeks. It no longer is a Christmas gift. I tried to work with the company, but at every turn there was another problem. I received a tracking number; however, after 12 days, the package had not even been delivered to the USPS location. The Los Angeles fires were supposedly a slow-down, then I get a notice from USPS that there is not enough postage, so the package would not be delivered. I, again contacted customer service, but just heard more of the same excuses. So, I decided to demand 100% of what I paid them be returned. It took Paypal about 3 hours to send a confirmation of the return of my money.
I am sorry Ladyjacket, but I truly ran out of patience and it was evident that people are very dissatisfied with this company.

I wish there was a 0. I have been dealing with this company for 2 months. Never received my order. I've been getting auto/fake generated emails and I have a fake tracking number. I finally reached a person at the phone number on the site (which is a Google phone) that does not identify the company. The company is in one "state", phone number from another "state" and someone from China called me. This place is a complete scam. Still fighting for a refund which was promised. Make sure to report to your Better Business Bureau.

My order took about 8 weeks to arrive. When the tracking number was followed it appeared to be moving from place to place in New Jersey. When the tracking number was followed by a true service, it was actually being shipped to different locations in China, thus the long delivery time.
The jersey quality is decent but the stitching of the name and number are horrific. There was still light cardboard that needed unpeeled between the decals-very tedious to remove. The main concern is the stitching is so poor, it is unraveling and the name is coming off. They would not offer a return/replacement/refund. They offered to refund 20 percent, but so far that has not happened after 4 weeks. I would avoid them, they are not worth the discounted price.

When I finally reached out to request a refund, the situation only got worse. I called the company nine times, and every time, they gave me the same runaround. They claimed they would send an email to start the refund process, but I never received any communication. I was told to wait “two hours” for an email, then “24 hours,” but nothing ever came. After all that, I never received the refund I was entitled to.
Lady Jackets’ actions—or lack thereof—may constitute fraudulent practices under consumer protection laws. They failed to deliver the product as promised, refused to process a refund, and gave false assurances that the matter would be resolved. This is not just poor customer service—it’s a potential violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act and other laws designed to protect consumers from deceptive practices.

So let me say this was a disaster of a buying experience!!! Stay away I ordered before Thanksgiving for an Xmas present and didn't receive until January 15th. But then I looked at the jersey it wasn't nothing like pictured!! All the stiching was off center and didn't even have stripes on the sleeves. I wouldn't even wipe my butt with it. Tried to get in touch with "customer service" that was a bigger joke than the craftsmanship of the jersey. Luckily I payed with PayPal and they refunded me when I filled a claim no questions asked. For those who used a credit card I feel sorry because its going to be a while if at all you are refunded. Lesson learned PLEASE STAY AWAY

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. My order status has not changed since 12/28/24 that it is waiting at a partner facility in Franklin Park, Illinois. Emails to the company are just an apology and told to wait longer. Filing a claim with PayPal as we speak. For anyone that has been scammed by this company, they have a phone number on PayPals site to call them with any problems. If you feel like calling them to voice your complaints, I'm sure they would love it. That number is (904) 595-7296. Enjoy.
Update: Responding to the reply below. It's funny that is their response to my review. First, it was delayed because of the holidays and I didn't get the order in before a supposed cutoff date (that was never mentioned in the sales ad). Now, because it's custom (all they are doing is putting a number on (no name) is the reason for the delay. When I ordered, the delivery window was 5-7 business days. That timeframe changed to Jan. 15-20th, now it's January 26th. Each time, they play this off as if it's somehow my fault they can't fulfill the promises they are giving customers when they place an order. Again, avoid this terrible company at all costs.
Update #2. January 26th came and went and still no package. Got another email saying it would be delivered Jan. 26-30th. Well today is Jan. 30th, and guess what?? No package! Finally got fed up and filed a fraud claim with PayPal and was immediately refunded all of my money. Please believe me when I tell you to STAY AWAY!!!
