We ordered a Viking jersey from Lady jacket with the Nike name on it and the colors did not match the original jerseys and the size of the stripes were different and the were threads hanging from it, not happy and they refused a refund it is a piece of s*** Jersey compared to the original and I will never order anything from them again just be aware even though it did not match our expectations and with the thread hanging they refused a refund

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Not only did it take a few months to receive my item, but they never initiated any correspondence for the delay. They even had the audacity to attempt to receive additional funds from me when I was never refunded. They immediately threatened legal action to receive additional unwarranted funds without doing any due diligence with their billing department.

I’ve never felt strongly enough about a company to make a review, but here we go.

This place is a total scam. The jerseys they advertise are fake, Chinese knockoffs. I ordered a “Nike Vikings jersey” for a Christmas gift and tried canceling my order before I ever got an email from the company because they said it wouldn’t be delivered by Christmas as the website said it originally would. They charged my card and said I wasn’t able to cancel. I disputed the charge and asked them for return information— I never got them to reply with that info.

Fast forward to now, they sent me an email threatening legal action. Even though this whole time I have been trying to give them their crappy product back. I honestly feel like whoever is running their support email is not even reading the emails their customers send, or they don’t understand English.

I’m writing this in hopes that other customers see this so that they aren’t scammed like I was. The cheap prices are not worth the headache. Go to Rally House or Dicks.

The absolute worst selling site on line for athletic gear. I bought hockey jerseys and besides the obvious fact that they were fake, they couldnt even get the jersey model correct. I ordered the All Star model and the chest has huge patch of one team and the shoulder has the smaller patch of another team. Even if you dont follow the sport common sense says these 2 dont go. Tried to return, the crooks never respond, lousy customer service, never sent correct one, nothing, and over priced as well. So in the end there is NOTHING good about this site. A good fake atleast has a name brand tag on collar, their jerseys just have an XL for size on collar, which anyone knows is a counterfeit jersey!!!

Complete bullshit scam company. Ordered my jersey on November 30th and still have yet to receive it and it’s now the 23 of February. Don’t order from this company. They are a complete fraud and will steal your money. I regret I ever came across their company’s website. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and calling my credit card company for a charge back of funds.

Sham!! I ordered a jersey last November within the specified time to get it by Christmas. I didn’t receive it until January 7, 2025. I was also told they would credit me $14 when the jersey arrived. I sent them a picture of it & asked if they were going to honor their word. No response.

I did NOT receive the 2 jerseys I ordered. Every time I reached out to them they told me there was a delay and to give them one more week. It has been almost four months and once I asked for a refund they stopped responding to me!!!! I'm out $150.

Appears that they traffic in unlicensed merchandise. I ordered a customized jersey and, more than a month late, what arrived was the wrong item - not the number or player name that I ordered. Could not have had a worse experience. Terrible customer service - stay away.

Definitely should have read the reviews before I ordered. I placed two orders on 12/28/24 one with another online company and one with this company, my other order arrived 3 weeks ago & I still have yet to receive this order. Emailed customer support and have been told TWICE “your item is expected to arrive within 5-7 days”. So ridiculous, how is this company still running!?!

I ordered something in November and I still haven't gotten it. They told me to contact the usps. Why?!? I did what I normally do when I order somwthing online and having to call someone else for the product I ordered was never something I had to do but I gave it a shot. When I called usps they told me the item was unsalvageable for me to contact who I ordered it from. I contacted them and haven't gotten a reply since. I think this place is a scam. They got me for $75. Im.qritting it off as a loss and never ordering from here again. I erge other to not do so as well.

Looked at the tracking number not seeing a movement here. I have written customer service no reply. Until I receive my order its getting a 1 star and written off as a scam which is really unfortunate. Ordered Dec 17th and still have no received my Jersey its 1/29/25. I ordered the jersey as a gift and when I received it I was impressed by the quality and the look. Very thankful and the receiver loved it too!
Also, I was concerned about the shipping delay, and they seemed to pull some strings and it came in on time and I was very relieved.

Ladyjacket is a scam. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive and the size was wrong. The shirt measured 42” around the chest. The sizing chart said it would fit a chest 44.5 to 48.5 chest. Impossible. Customer service was terrible and they would not refund my money.

I have a confirmation of payment in my email but when I go to PayPal it doesn't show anything. I don't even know how to get my money back at this point very disappointed no Christmas gift for my hubby and from the sounds of it it was going to be bad anyway poor quality and not what I ordered.
