The item I received was not as promised.

Initially, the delivery was concerning as it took more than a month to arrive.

I ordered a woman's fit Nike NFL jersey. According to Nike this should measure 43 (chest) x 26 (length). I received a garment that measures 36x23. Clearly, not an authentic Nike jersey.

I contacted the seller and after exchanging 7 emails, they refused to stand behind the product.

Do not buy from this online store. They do not stay true to their delivery times and their customer service sucks. The phrase you get what you pay for, go to a legit site and pay the extra money.

Ordered hockey sweaters before Thanksgiving for the Winter Classic on NYE. Original date of receipt was given to me as Dec 14th.... like everyone else, they never sent the package. Created a shipping label Dec 3rd but nothing after that. I'd rather buy a Rolex for $20 from a homeless guy in a Chicago alley than from this company again. Btw, visited the website and now they are selling zippered bras. We all got scammed.
Update: we got the sweaters today, 31 days later than promised. Very thin material, no inner lining, but the stitching was actually really good. Too bad their shipping system is so screwed up. If delivery had been better I would have ordered from them in the future but, even if they were still operating as "LadyJacket", I won't order again. There are better options. I gave them another star do to the stitching quality.

Product never shipped. Company generates a tracking number but nothing actually gets sent with it. Blames it on being busy with the holidays but it's clearly a scam. Doesn't respond to emails either.

AVOID!!! I’d give a Zero if I could. Never received my item. I ordered on 11/26 it’s now 12/29. They just make excuses after excuses. My tracking shows it just in the same spot in LA. Nobody from Lady Jacket can tell me when my item will arrive & I requested a refund. Filing a fraud case as I don’t expect scammers to refund my card.

I made my order with good time window before christmas (it was my sons christmas gift) I try to cancel right away and they told me it can't be cancel because it was almost done 2 weeks after they sent me a tracking number that has not updated in 2 weeks, after a cuple of emails back and foward they still want me to wait for the order

How can I rate this negative stars? I really wish I would’ve read reviews before ordering. I truly believe any good review on here is planted from the company because there is no way so many of us have had the same exact experience while others are getting amazing service.
Ordered Dec 1, tracking sent Dec 5… has not changed since. I’ve asked for a refund and now I’ve been ghosted. All this for a non-custom jersey. I do not think this is a real company.

Package was late getting in. I reached out several times to customer service and they were punctual and did return. After the Jersey arrived, it was too large. I requested an exchange. Was told they do not do exchanges. Unfortunately, this was a gift, I did not have measurements beforehand. Would not recommend to order from this company or others that have similar websites. I think this site has multiple different sites under different names.

I ordered a jersey on November the 20th and was told it would arrive on December 8th. It did not. I asked the support team and they assured me it would arrive before December the 20th. Which this would have been fine but it didn’t. They said it was at my local ups and said it wouldn’t make it till after Christmas. Well a it’s now 4 days after Christmas and still no jersey. This was to be a special gift for my nephew and I was fine with it not being here on the 8th. But to keep making up stories just to cover a scam operation is ridiculous. There is a special place in hell for people like you who prey off of people. Karma is real and I hope you meet her real soon.

Don't waste your time or money on this site it is a scam, I ordered a jersey on Nov 23 and still have not received it and their customer service is horrible, have tried multiple times to get some help and all I get is an automated message saying the same thing that it is in transit which it has been for over 3 weeks

Ordered a jersey for my son at the end of November. It was supposed to be delivered December 16th-23rd. It is now December 27th and it still has not arrived. When I check the tracking number, it shows it has been sitting in the same place for 4 weeks!! I have sent emails with no response. Do not order from this site. I am now out $80 because of this.

They lied, scammed me and never shipped anything. Filing a charge back tonight

Terrible experience. I placed an order for a jersey 1 1/2 months before Christmas and it never came. I contacted them multiple times and they kept assuring me it was coming until a couple days before Christmas when they finally admitted it wasn’t coming. Avoid this company!!!!

What a relief, I originally ordered a personalized basketball jersey in late October- knowing the delivery time was several weeks. When the item arrived, the personalized name was misspelled. I reached out to the customer support and they were very responsive. We had a number of emails exchanged and in the end, with some uncertainty on my side, the item arrived just in time for Christmas!

Overall this is a decent small company that attempts this provide quality products at a reasonable price. They are working through the shipping challenges they've recently had.
Would consider buying from again, when a need arises.

I received my product in time for Christmas and it was exactly what I wanted. The team from Lady Jacket got back with me in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

Update: We finally received the jersey on January 10th 2025. The quality is horrific. You can tell it is made really cheaply. And we aren’t Jersey snobs. We order jerseys for the same price off fanatics and the nfl shop and those jerseys are so well made . Don’t order from this site. What a waste of money

Do not order from this company . I have no idea if I will even receive my order. I placed an order on a jersey for my son on December 02, 2024 , in hopes of it arriving for Christmas . Well today is December 26th and we do not have it. What’s worse is I’ve emailed asking for an update on my order, received a tracking number which only tells me (till this day) that a label was created but not in the system yet. I called the number of lady jacket and no one answered , the message on the phone said the google subscriber you have reached isn’t available. I’m not sure what that means. The email responses seem generic, and when I requested a refund I got an apologetic email explaining the holidays are a busy time and to be patient. I think I was scammed out if $80 !!

Well, it's the 25th. My order was supposed to be here by the 17th. Then promised before Christmas. Neither has happened and now I can't even tell where it is or when it might arrive. Thank you for ruining this part of Christmas. Please rest assured this will be reposted to warn others before they have a special day ruined

Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a custom jersey. My jersey has been in transit for over a month and when I check the tracking number it has not changed since the day it was requested. I requested a refund and will persue the recovery of my money through my banks fraud department. Do not order from this site, you will be scammed and will not receive your item.
