Apart from not being informed the day before that my installation was not going ahead on due date (was told 10 am on day) I had found all communication with your company really good. 2 really nice installers, clean & tidy workers working well as a team. Pleased with my new conservatory roof - it looks like a whole new conservatory! Thank you.

I am absolutely disgusted by this company. Their salesman preyed on my elderly parents vulnerability. He was at their house for 4 hours until 10pm and would not leave without them having signed despite them repeatedly asking to think about it overnight. They truly felt trapped and by that point absolutely exhausted. If this is their sales tactic then they should be totally ashamed.

Team arrived on time and completed works before the rain started left no mess and cleaned up everywhere.Both men were helpful and gave advice on best practise with new doors fitted.

Conservatory roof.
Job looks good, withstood heavy rain today. Good clean up, and good people to have around the house.

First class service all round, from sales, survey, scaffolding and installation. Support staff checking progress all the way and making sure of 100% satisfaction. Everyone is friendly and super professional. Would definitely recommend them.

We are really happy with our great quality windows, door and patio doors, the service we received was excellent from start to finish, the fitters Christian and Joe were a pleasure to have in our home, they was friendly, polite and nothing was to much trouble for them. They checked I was happy with everything and they cleaned up any mess made leaving everything as they found it.
We would and have recommended K&S home improvements to all.

We got what I thought was a reasonable price, and the salesman wasn't pushy.
On installation day, Paul and Dave turned up on time and completed the job quicker than I expected, and to a high standard.

Joe and his mate were extremely polite and efficient. They did an excellent job and we are really pleased with the outcome. Also, was very impressed with the clearing up of the site, both indoors and outside, after the work was completed. Very happy indeed.

Our experience with Kent and Sussex from start to finish could not have been better.
The knowledge of his product made Sean an ideal salesman and put us completely at our ease in ordering the windows.
The fitters, Jon, Dave, Christian and Joe were a pleasure to work with and completed the fitting of the windows in line with their timing estimates. They were polite, unobtrusive and ever mindful of their surroundings.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kent and Sussex to anyone considering new windows.

Setting aside the delay beyond the original planned installation date, and no response to our original concerns to the communication sent by email on the day of installation, the product is excellent, and the installers very professional, neat, tidy and courteous.

Really pleased with windows and doors I had done, the fitting team worked hard and the customer service was great.

After the first call on the door , I was asked , would I consider having my double glazed windows replaced.
I looked at my photos and my windows were last replaced in 1992. So yes they needed replacing.
The guy gave me a leaflet about this company.
He called back the next day and after reading reviews on trust pilot I went ahead and ordered 15 windows.
It all went smoothly. The surveyor came and measured up. I paid my 1st instalment. When Paul and Dave came last week they started at the bay window upstairs. Next day the rest of the upstairs windows and on the 3 rd day the bay window downstairs.
Well all went great. Guys were a great team. All done professionally and they cleared up every day. I was kept in touch by email.
Now it’s done ,it looks great and I am very happy with it.
So I truly recommend this firm. Well done

The people that did the work were professional and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly as well very pleased .

Good but room for improvement.
The initial visit by the salesman was awful. We were told it was a visit just to get a quote - not to buy. We were not prepared for the pushiest salesman ever! He would not take no for an answer and I almost told him to leave at one point.
Never accept the first quote. We were quoted £12,500 for 6 windows. We said no. He quoted £9,000, we said no. He quoted £7,500 - which after a long discussion we accepted. On what planet is it acceptable to quote ridiculous numbers and offer a 5k reduction and still make a profit. Why not just go straight in with the cheaper price? We would have been much happier with the experience.
Windows were installed, no problems apart from one panel being the wrong size. The sales team said the installers damaged it - that was a lie. They returned to fit the “new” panel - it was the one they tried to install previously that was the wrong size. We had to wait 2 weeks for the correct one to be fitted.
