We are very satisfied with Kent & Sussex Home Improvements LTD. Dean and Blake worked very professionally on an extremely hot June day, were courteous, cheerful and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. They did a great job and we would definitely recommend them.

If you want good administration this company is not for you. Conservatory roof ordered in November for new year fitting. Finance package pushed as being good value and quicker than going through bank or building society. Contacted bank next day loan was sorted within 5 minutes at half the interest. 2 visits from surveyor and fair enough adverse weather held up installation until Late February. Crew left because they were not happy with 2 wooden cupboards going into the garden and said I should receive a new date in few weeks. I discovered cupboards would fit in the dining room if table was moved and e mailed this information. No reply so phoned several times before actually getting to talk to someone apparently an appt had been made for end of March nice to be told. After several conversations date agreed. Fitted in dry spell so had to wait for rain and most of gutter joints leaked and 2 leaks in the roof. Waited a month for aftercare, crew turned up a day late they had not informed me. They arrived with a small step ladder which was ok to reach guttering but I had to loan them a ladder to look at the roof. Rained just after they left and gutter still leaking so phoned company answering machine yet again so left a message. No reply after several days so again more chasing on my side and I did get someone else involved. Eventually got another appointment gutters again resealed and it was discovered daylight could be seen where flashing and tiles joined so more sealant used. Last week after a heavy shower discovered gutter still leaking so phoned and spoke to a member of staff last Friday who said he would check the diary and e mail me an appointment now Thursday and nothing. Would it not be more efficient to make an appointment whilst on the phone so less chance of having to go through the process if the date is not convenient. I am fed up with the amount of times I have been promised a phone call for it not to happen and e mails that appear to be sent to wrong address even after telling them. So now over 3 months after installation and not all issues have been sorted. Even the copy of Insurance I was sent is liney and printer heads need cleaning. My old conservatory roof was less hassle and 7 months on from the order I do not have a non dripping new one which is what I paid for

I had bedroom windows fitted in April & in June 2 Grey bay windows & front door - hiccup with colour but resolved without quibble with George - and I am thrilled with them!
All the fitters have been very pleasant, efficient & clearly want to provide the best service to the customer.
James & son did the first installation very thoughtful, friendly & tidy.
Dean, Blake & Ben worked in very hot conditions but still had a smile on their faces all through the installation can’t fault them…..but Dean does go above & beyond to provide the best job possible.

Kent & Sussex Home services fitted 5 x windows on 11th June, excellent service, the fitters turned up on time they were great workers, tIdy and quick,really pleasant guys... and they cleaned up after themselves!! Fantastic job! The price was very competitive too. Love my windows it's amazing what a difference they make!

Fantastic service! From the initial inspection/quote, measuring up, & the two lads installing (who were lovely- just keep them supplied with tea & coffee!) everything has been service of the highest quality & Im so pleased with the finished roof- no more leaks & Iv got the use of my conservatory back!!! I would highly recommend!

Prompt professional installation

Flat roof above second storey replaced with fibreglass roof and replacement window below it. Responsive to requests for updates, adapted easily to overcome problems (work wasn't as straighforward as anticipated and weather was a problem), fitters took pride in their work, explained what was going on at every step, took steps to stop the leak recurring, went the extra mile in making sure we were happy with the work, were tidy, and did not waste time. I'd use them again.

Very friendly,helpful workmen. Lovely doors, no problem sorting out the issues I had.

Although the installation date was changed at the last minute, the fitters did an efficient and clean work.

Product good, installation poor, too many different fitters, no mother or father, no co-ordination.

We had amazing tradesmen in all aspects of the build of our conservatory it all went very smoothly from beginning to end. Dean and Blake were amazing with attention to detail re build and the finishing touches, so polite, professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. We'll done K & S thank you.

Purchased 4 windows fitted by Richard who was working on his own. He was friendly and worked hard all day to get the job done.
We are happy with the windows they look great. Although the after care team were slow to respond to a couple of queries it was finally clarified but we are still waiting for our guarantee.

Pros - Both sets of fitters were excellent.
Workmanship first class.
Cons - Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for the surveyor.
His measurements for both of the bay windows were wrong!
This resulted in a delay of ten days between the upstairs and downstairs windows being fitted.
Far from ideal!
So 4 stars for the fitters.
Zero for the surveyor.

New conservatory roof installed. Looks good, and now it's been rained on it is good. Nice team to have in the house, and a good cleanup at job end
