Ordered on June 14th
Ordered on June 14th. Still no delivery 14 days later, updated to say UPS would hopefully deliver on Monday 3rd July. This has taken way too long and would expect better/compensation of delivery fee credit back at least as it’s taking 3 weeks. Luca in customer service was very polite and helpful, his hands are tied though.

Awesome! There was a problem with GLS (not Kronstadt's fault at all) but they solved it in an amazing way! Really happy! You can tell that the people at Kronstadt care about being their customers!

Excellent experience
It was easy to navigate through website. Purchase process was butter-smooth. Delivery started almost immediately after purchase. The site lacked sizing information previously. Now it’s improved. It’s obvious that company put a lot of effort and thought into product, purchase process and delivery creating outstanding customer experience. Keep it up!

It is a shame beautiful clothing, but please order somewhere else.
Follow up, after this revieuw I received my money back. If you have the same problem, I would advice to leafe a revieuw it really helps

Hi Sjors. Not sure what has happened and why you are not getting replies to your emails. I just checked your resent order. I can see shopify made an error message to the refund made to you one March 23. Not sure why we did not catch this and not sure why it gave an error message at that time. However I just made the refund again and can see it went through. I am terrible sorry you have had to wait this long. Must have been a nightmare. I can understand your frustration. Once again so sorry Sjors. This is not usually how things are done.
