And there was a shift manager, who was originally from Peru, he believes he knows everything, and I was in my 3 day, I truly did not handle all, and he told me, you have to handle all of this, but the truth is, that I was doing the job of 3 - 4 people, and he was acting like he was working, I was supposed to just to work 5 hours, I truly was doing things the best I could, and he reaches me, and he told me, I fired a guy before by he did not finish all, I was about to leave because of my time, and I say, look, I am coming from another job, well recommended by my last employers as you can see, I am learning and open to learn, and he says, he have to see that, I say to him I had to go, and he says, again the story about he firing people, so I just said fine, if I stayed longer, anyway I would not be paid, so I leave as supposed to, at the next day I was fired, he disscused with the manager, and I was fired because of him, I had good mod, good disposition but I was new, so if you are reading this, do not work in that workplace, they have 2- 3 to the job of 7, and they expect you could handle that, if not you are fired, I do not desire you as me, someone with a family and checks to pay have to suffer from this ever. Also, the problem was not only with him because the manager did not want to hire more people, but she wanted to have everyone running by the store, and they are passive-aggressive.
