I did the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course here. Having researched more expensive and slightly cheaper options, I settled on Knowledge Train as they had a good balance of reviews, with smaller. class sizes and a nice central location. I was not disappointed, Susan our trainer was incredible. From start to finish, the whole week, she was smiley, enthusiastic, passionate, knowledgable, helpful and engaging. I've never had a trainer as good as her and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to smash their PRINCE2. I want to go back to her for the Agile course too. She really gets you excited about project management, believe it or not, and puts everything into making sure you pass your exams. Absolutely no regrets going to Knowledge Train and am really glad I didn't go with the most expensive or cheaper other options on the market.

Great training - was very informative and well organized. The trainers provided you will all the information to feel confident to sit the exams. I did both the Foundation and Practitioner exam. Kaylen provided excellent support from the beginning. Would strongly recommend Knowledge Train for anyone planning on completing their Prince2.

Had a great experience booking and attending the AGILE Project Management Course. The team were very professional, helpful and accommodating. Big thank you to Jay and Kaylen for securing my position and answering my questions. The course leader was a great teacher. The resources were great. I passed the foundation with flying colours yesterday and awaiting my results next week from the practitioner exam today.

Can wholeheartedly recommend Knowledge Train. After a very bad experience with another training company Knowledge Train at very short notice managed to enrol me on a Prince2 course the following week with confirmations of exam registration details arriving almost immediately. Staff are always more than happy to help and provide support any time its needed. Tutor (Nicholas Duffew) was brilliant and would certainly recommend attending any of his courses. I have since booked on a second course with Knowledge Train so happy I was with the first.

Great customer service from Kaylen Stuart, attended to my requests promptly and efficiently. Generally the online course was easy to use with clear content and helpful tests after each module. A few technical issues but nothing major.

I had a wonderful time at Knowledge Train, it almost felt like a fitness spa for your mind. The administrative part of the training was very well organised and the staff were very helpful. The training itself was run by one of the most enthusiastic trainers I've ever met. Kobus was able to turn the whole of the course into an engaging and interactive learning experience.

I booked an Agile PM training course that was to take place in London. I booked a non refundable hotel so I could attend. A week and half before the course Knowledgetrain.co.uk cancelled. They did refund the payment but offered no compensation or alternative courses with other providers for the dates. I was going to be left out of pocket for the London hotel but within an hour I managed to find another course. It started one day earlier and so had to pay out more for the hotel but at least I wasn't going to lose the rest of the money. I explained the situation and the company refused to offer compensation of any kind. I understand from others that they too have experienced the same issue so if you book via this provider don't book your hotel without refund until the last minute.
