Another great course, Dr. Fayed was a great tutor. Be prepared for hard work and long hours, but it is worth it. Lots learned, exams passed, back to reality now.

Although the days where long, the course was really well put together, Dr Fayed has a good method of teaching, it is a mixture of serious knowledge broken up with fun activities and laughter. The course i was on had 100% pass rate which speaks highly of Dr Fayed and the facilition of Firebrand. I have done 4 course with firebrand, my first 12 years ago. It remains my favorite place to study. No worries of accomodstion, food, drinks or snacks and the staff are welcoming and very experienced.

I had taken the both the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Combined 10th Edition course and the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner exam at the Firebrand training centre in Wyboston Lakes and I decided to take the residential option, which made the experience better overall and more relaxed. The experience from start to finish was amazing and I can honestly say that I highly recommend Firebrand training. Dr. Fayed was the course instructor, who was awesome at delivering the course content and this combined allowed me to pass my exam and achieve my goal. I recently attended the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Combined 10th Edition residential course delivered by Dr. Fayed, and it was an outstanding learning experience.
In just three days, I gained a strong understanding of the TOGAF framework and successfully passed both the Foundation and Practitioner examinations on the third day. Dr. Fayed's teaching approach made complex concepts easy to understand and retain.
The course materials were excellent, and the use of visual diagrams, interactive exercises, and engaging gamification techniques significantly enhanced the learning experience. Vorab das Positive: Trainer, Mitarbeiter und Organisation von Firebrand verdienen uneingeschränktes Lob. Verschiebungen oder krankheitsbedingte Umbuchungen wurden stets unkompliziert und professionell gelöst. Auch der Austausch mit Teilnehmern aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen war eine echte Bereicherung.

Kritisch bewerten muss ich jedoch den entscheidenden Punkt: die Vorbereitung auf die eigentliche CISSP-Prüfung. Der 5-tägige Kurs vermittelt ein deutlich verzerrtes Bild vom tatsächlichen Schwierigkeitsgrad. Die Prüfung war extrem anspruchsvoll – bestanden habe ich sie ausschließlich, weil ich mich zuvor acht Monate eigenständig vorbereitet und rund 1.500 Fragen mit einem Prüfungssimulator trainiert hatte. Ohne diese Eigenleistung hätte ich keine realistische Chance gehabt. Teilnehmer aus meiner Gruppe kamen unabhängig voneinander zum selben Schluss.

Mein Fazit: Wer den CISSP allein auf Basis der fünf Trainingstage antritt, wird mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit scheitern. Für Networking und fachlichen Austausch ist der Kurs empfehlenswert – als alleinige Prüfungsvorbereitung kann ich ihn nicht empfehlen.

Ich empfehle Firebrand folgendes: Geht in den 5,5 Tagen (Sonntags zähle ich als 0,5 Tage) alle 8 Domänen mit einem Prüfungssimulator durch. Macht den ganzen Tag nichts anderes als das. Besprecht gemeinsam die Antworten auf die Fragen im Simulator. Das würde definitiv mehr helfen als die wenigen Folien die in meinem Fall gezeigt wurden.

Ich kann alle Beteiligten nur eines mit auf dem Weg geben: Nur durch Wissen werdet ihr diese Prüfung bestehen. Und das beste Wissen bekommt ihr durch einen Prüfungssimulator mit echten Prüfungsfragen.

The training was intense, high information density, long days, but supereffective. The trainer was clearly knowledgable, engaging, and also the discussions in the group helped to consolidate the information. I was only signed up for the foundation, but I quickly realized that I wanted to add the practitioner part, and passed both exams

Een zeer zeer zeer slechte ervaring gehad!!! De training van Certified Ethical Hacker gevolgd. De instructeur toonde wel de slides, maar gaf er 0 uitleg over en begon iedere slide te praten over zijn ervaring en die van zijn vrienden. Hij heeft HELEMAAL NIET voorbereid voor het examen. Ik had ook op voorhand gesproken met Firebrand en gevraagd of het een praktische training was, " ja hoor, en ja zal in tweed groepen worden verdeelt RED en Bleu team, de ene zou verdedigen en de andere zou hacken" vertelden ze me toen. NIKS daarvan is waar. Ik heb meer dan € 5000 betaald voor deze cursus! weggesmeten geld! Ik mag helemaal opnieuw beginnen.

NIET AAN TE RADEN!, volg geen training bij hun voor zoveel geld!

I recently completed the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Combined 10th Edition course, covering both Foundation and Practitioner levels, and successfully passed the certification exams.

Our group (9 professionals) was guided by Dr. Fayed, and thanks to his professional, tactical, and highly effective coaching, we all achieved a 100% pass rate. His knowledge, experience, and clear understanding of what is needed to succeed made a real difference.

Der Kurs besteht aus dem Ablesen von 500+ Foliensätzen ohne grosse Erläuterungen. Wenig effektive Prüfungsvorbereitung - hätte ich also auch gut selber machen können...

I attended the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Combined 10th Edition led by Dr. Fayed and had a very positive experice.

The first thing was the qaulity of the operations team support from Luke and Jennifer, I had a few chaellenges that meant I was probably a problematic client but everything was dealt with amazingly well and I am really grateful for everyones help and support.

The venue is spot on interms fo quality, meals, snacks, rooms etc are all perfect.

The quality of the training itself was excellent, I didn't pass at the first attempt but the option to attend the course remotely for free a second time and focus on the areas I needed to improve in was a perfect revision to supplement my learning and get me through the exam.

Dr Fyed is insanely knowegdeable, approachable and wassupportive throughtout my learning journey - supplementing the course matrerial with just the right amount of extra experience and insights.

Firebrand do a genuinely great job of making apprentices feel supported and they establish this aim right from the start. Any decisions made by the company are made with the best interest of the apprentice in mind.

I followed the course "TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Combined 10th Edition" by Dr. Fayed. Most of the course is highly interactive, working on cases and discussing them in the group. This is both highly effective to gain a deeper understanding, and also makes the course more fun. In general I learnt a lot! It's very tiring though!

Last week I attended an excellent course on TOGAF Enterprise Architecture under the expert guidance of dr. Ahmed Mohamed Fayed.

Dr Fayed is very knowledgeable on this subject, and has a broad experience in this field. This enables him to engage in discussions on everyday practice in this field, which helped me to understand how to operate the TOGAF framework. His teachings are filled with real-life examples, and videos to create a better understanding. He also uses Kahoot quizzes to test knowledge and progress, and for fun.

Dr Fayed’s teachings are clear and entertaining and left me with a real understanding of the TOGAF method, and the way to use this method. With the help of his teachings, I managed to pass both the foundation and the practitioner exam at the end of the week.

Fayed was my tutor for togaf. He is so skilled and highly knowledgeable with real industry experience. Very patient and so so kind. I enjoyed every bit of the training
