Just completed the Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner self-led courses. Both were brilliant and far exceeded my expectations!

I'm a new project manager and so was initially looking for in person courses (so I could ask questions!), but had so many courses cancelled (using other suppliers) I just wanted to get the course completed and so chose this option!

I did actually do an online live training for the Practitioner qualification, but the self-led version was much better for me and far more interesting.

Both are interactive with quizzes and a mixture of reading and listening. Really appreciated the real world examples too which helped me understand the technical jargon.

I find the official course manual so dense and boring, but this self-led course really broke it down and brought it to life. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to get their Prince2 qualifications!

Finally, when I had any technical issues they always picked up the phone quickly, or responded promptly to emails (same day).

Online Prince2 Agile Foundation: Absolutely full of typos, some of which mean that questions don't make sense, some of which are just hilarious (The word assess spelt as ASSES, which sums up how I feel about this provider pretty well) All very self service - click on the box to read the text kind of thing. Really poor value for money, dated interface, lazy presentation. I've paid £600, please at least check your spelling.

Updated following reply (which also contained a typo - although I’m pleased you’re planning to conduct an INTERAL audit 😂 ): You might want to reassess your quality control processes in that case. I found two instances of PRINCE2 spelt incorrectly in the materials (missing a C), and numerous other instances of typos and a couple of repeated words in quizzes which meant the answers didn’t make sense.

The course is an online, self-paced learning course. The material is really well structured, really well explained and laid out. it is easy to use and navigate.

Each section has a good summary and practice questions to ensure that you have understood the material.

This course covers everything required to understand the Prince2 method and explains it really well. It also highlights key facts and important material at key places.

I did the course about 5 times, and then bounced between the sections while making my own notes.

I then took the two mock exams when I was confident. I then booked my exam and passed first time with an excellent result!

I completely recommend this course without any hesitation.

I cannot recommend them enough! Took AgilePM and the whole service was exceptional. No hard sales tactics, no spam emails, no false promises. They provided a competitive price and delivered on everything, pre reading was delivered on time, even had the courtesy to email me to keep me updated. Virtual joining links were sent on time without a single issue. They have their own online virtual training platform which I felt was better than just using zoom and made them look really professional.

In terms of training, I had the pleasure of being trained by Susan Tuttle. I can honestly say it was the best learning experience I have had. She was soo enthusiastic and energetic, made learning fun and made everyone laugh which made it soo much more bearable. She was clearly an expert at the subject and knew it like the back of her hand.
In times where poor service and products are so common, it's such a relief dealing with this company.

I have completed the Agile PM Course at Knowledge train taught by Jumoke Ogenbekun. The trainer was very good and encouraged people to ask questions. Practice questions and training all very helpful plus excellent location for the course.

I can thoroughly recommend Knowledge Train. I took the 5 day class room course, for Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner, with trainer James. This is an intense but worthwhile method. It really helps to be in a group, and feel some camaraderie, and James is an experienced and knowledgeable trainer. I failed the Practitioner exam first time round, by 2 marks, which was pretty frustrating. One could argue it is worth investing in the early bird discount re-sit option. Happily I passed the second time around. Ellie and Kaylen were always helpful and supportive too.

Their training style was on point. It was a classroom setting which encouraged participation. To be honest the course was intense but Susan’s delivery made it relatable and easy to understand.
We were given Prince 2 text book for free alongside biscuits, coffees and teas all day long.
I will recommend knowledgetrain anytime any day.

I took the Prince2 foundation exam with Knowledge Train after undertaking the course online with another training provider. Following the exam I opted to do the practitioner course with Knowledge Train because the classroom experience was much more enjoyable than e-learning! Despite the course being intense and challenging, Susan, the trainer made it fun and interesting by periodically sharing anecdotes about her personal experiences as a project manager. She was so knowledgeable and I learnt a lot. As a result I passed the practitioner exam so thank you to Susan and the customer services staff Ellie and Kaylen who were so accommodating.

Just taken Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner course and exams with Tom as our trainer. Tom was patient and helpful and provided tips and suggested ways to approach the exams, which was for many of us something we had not done in a long while! thank you Tom for bearing with us and helping us to get through.

This is a trusted provider. I did a week long course with them and it was all smooth. Especially the tutor was excellent and the training materials delivered on time.

I studied the week long Prince 2 Foundation & Practitioner course with Knowledgetrain.. The course is hard for someone who is relatively new to project management, but I cannot fault the training that allowed me to pass the exam. The trainer was friendly, personable, very knowledgeable, and did not give us death my PowerPoint. Working for a university I know what makes a good teacher and he was one. In addition the before and after communication with KnowledgeTrain was excellent. I did my research and the positive reviews certainly reflected the experience that I had with them. I am thinking of doing an Agile course in the future and if I do I will go back to them. In addition the location and quality of the training room is good, in central London near Farringdon. The room was full, but just the right amount of people, be wary of companies that put as many people as they can in a classroom. Thankyou KnowledgeTrain!

Took the one week Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner exam. Would highly recommend. Very comprehensive course with a really well thought out approach to building knowledge and prepping for the exam. Had Nick as the teacher - so incredibly helpful and gave a lot of thought to his delivery of the course to aid our understanding. So knowledgeable and committed to the teaching. It is a long week, but definitely worth it and a great experience. Knowledge Train made this a straight forward and easy experience with the resources for before and during the course really supporting the outcome.

Amazing to learn the volume of knowledge for PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner in one week. Great course, well taught and you are helped along to get a pass so long as you practise and do the homework! Comfortable room and good location. Just prepare yourself to switch your emails off and really zone in to get the most out of it.

Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner weekday course. I attended the course last week, it was very good organised, the whole process was smooth, the staff is very helpful and an experienced trainer with a practical approach to deliver the contents of the course. The preparation for the exam was really good, I passed both exams with ease. I definitely will go back with them for my next certification.

I recently attended the weekend Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner course. The course was intense but very informative. I’ve studied Prince2 before through e-learning but this is so much better and much easier to understand, our trainer Nick was great and really prepped us for the exams. I’m now considering AgilePM so you may see me again soon! Also I have to add, customer service are amazing and respond almost instantly to any questions. Top marks, I would definitely recommend :)

Very good experience with Knowledge Train last week at the AgilePM training course. Our trainer, Susan was amazing. Susan has a great depth of knowledge and experience and made the 4 days very enjoyable. The class was not too big and so easy for all to be engaged. I wish to also extend a special thank you to Jay and Kaylen. They were accommodating to requests, fine client service.

I was considering taking the PRINCE2 exam and a friend suggested to me that I should attend one of the Knowledge Train courses. I recently did so and passed the PRINCE2 Foundation course.

I was really pleased with the choice, not only because of passing the exam but also because the whole process was smooth and the experience positive. Starting with customer service, Kaylen was very helpful and addressed all questions I had before joining. Then, once there, everything was organised. As for the trainer, Susan, she is a star; knowledgeable, experienced and very engaging. She did a great job in delivering quite a lot of information in a structured, understandable and fun way.

I would definitely recommend this service.
