Knott Brothers Limited Recenzje

I had a recent survey for my property by Adam from Knott brothers who was very professional, offered the right advice and provided a detailed report that is immensely beneficial. Adam was able to identify numerous snags that we will be getting sorted with the builders. The Knott brothers are certified and excellent in their field of expertise. Adam is patient, dedicated and thorough in the survey. We had issues with Avant homes during the sales process and did not want to complete home sales without having a detailed survey. We are now able to submit all the identified snags with pictorial evidence and thermal imaging to the builders. I would highly recommend the Knott brothers.

The whole team is great. I strongly recommend them to my friends.

The best price I found for my snagging survey, really easy to contact and communicate with, and the quality of the survey was excellent. I dread to think what I would have done without it. Thank you!

Knott Brothers are extremely professional and offer a high level of service! I had a level 3 buildings survey carried out with them. They kept me updated throughout the process, the report was extremely detailed and easy to read. Knott Brothers carried out research on the property and area prior to visiting the house and dedicated time to speak with me after issuing the report to run through all my questions and concerns. Hollie, Craig and Adam are extremely friendly and efficient and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Knott Brothers Limited is a professional snagging company committed to performing their work with utmost care and precision.

Great service all the way along the process from Hollie and Adam...Friendly and Professional .would recommend Knott Brothers for any snagging reports

so impressed with the prompt and professional service from the minute I enquired online to the report being received. Money well spent as in the long term will save me money and issues. Very detailed report, things highlighted that would have been easily overlooked/not seen and again long term damage if not rectified. Well please and would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying or selling there home to avoid expensive future repair bills.
sharan very happy customer.

Report was VERY detailed and comprehensive. Adam made it very clear what snags were and what the builders needed to do. Thank you Adam

Very helpful advice before deciding to use. Survey carried put exactly as planned with very clear report issued the same afternoon, advice available on the phone afterwards. All in all, excellent service, would recommend.

It went well and got the detailed report

They have the expertise, knowledge and equipment to enable a thorough snagging report to be produced. Very impressed.

Efficient throughout the booking process and follow up. Great in depth report provided, would recommend!

Really positive experience with Knott Brothers. Communication was excellent - quick, clear and friendly responses. We met Craig at the beginning of the inspection and he was professional and helpful - we especially appreciated him asking if there were any specific areas of concern we wanted him to review. The report was received the same day and was clear, thorough and detailed. The price was very reasonable and we’re very happy we went ahead. Highly recommend!

Loved the professional snagging work and report on the same day. Highly recommend them

Comprehensive survey, clear report and good value

Very good report would recommend

I believe I found Knott Brothers Limited through Trust a trader (I think) - It was fairly easy to short list this trader as their customer reviews and assessment quality examples offered online gave us confidence they were the right people for the task at hand. Following engagement from Craig & Hollie Wilson, they delivered above expectation service. The assessment that was provided was really easy to digest. The literature style made it easy to pin point below industry standard work, which made rectification more seamless. Had I’d gone in myself, I certainly wouldn’t have been able to identify as much as them, so service was worth the money. This gave my partner and I added assurance that the property was snag free and completed to highest possible standard. Would recommend Knott Brothers to anyone seeking Snagg services!

The team at Knott Brothers, were all very helpful, supportive and professional. Helping and advising with some issues we were facing. They worked with us to get the right infromation to the builder. I would recommend and use agian in the future.

Adam was our surveyor. He did a great job.
Choosing to do a Snagging Survey (with Knott Brothers) is worth it. The report we received was very thorough and delivered to us, forwarded to the builder within 24 hours of survey! Amazing speed.

Now we feel much more empowered to ask the builder to fix things before we move into the new home!
