Knott Brothers were great for our snagging survey. Hollie was brilliant to deal with organised everything and was very helpful and flexible when needed. Sorin's report was extremely detailed and outlined clearly the few major issues, the minor issues and everything that was well done. They sent it to our developers for us who have agreed to fix everything they found with no argument which is in part due to the fantastic service of the Knott Brothers.

From 1st contacting Knott Brothers, they were exceptionally professional, & expeditious in their approach. Done with personal touches that further makes a business stand out. If I ever moved again, I would absolutely make them my choice.

Good pricing, and very thorough. I received my report straight away, surprisingly fast. The report was very easy to understand with clear pictures which showed the issue described,
plus there were red circles where necessary.

Hollie was really helpful with the booking process, explained all the differences between pre and post completion surveys. Sorin who came on the day was very thorough with his inspection and very polite, and sent through the report very quickly. Thank you!

Really quick service and in depth report!

A very helpful report. We would not have spotted some important problems. We were very grateful to have the opportunity to talk through the snags with a qualified surveyor.

Whilst in the process of purchasing our new build home we made the decision that we wanted it to be properly snag surveyed. This was one of the best descions we could have made.

From the moment we made contact and started communicating with Hollie it has been a smooth and stress free process.
