It will take months to complete, but it will be a pleasure to knit with such beautiful wool. James is a one man band, who shows how superb service should be.

Big customer service, small company, environmentally aware.
I saw a review in a magazine about a particular product offered by Mcintosh, and I immediately sent in my order. I was offered a discount as a first-time buyer, and have been sent other offers on additional products. My order was shipped out quickly, in environmentally friendly packaging, and I am very pleased with the product and service. Mcintosh is a very small and relatively new company, but has set a high standard of customer service. I look forward to more transactions with them.

Arrived well packaged and with a personal note which was a nice touch. However, I gave it four stars, and not five, as I was charged twice for delivery but my two items came in one package. Given one of the items was very small I feel annoyed to have paid twice.
