Small company with huge service
I like supporting a small company, but that does not mean you have inferior service. I was impressed with the prompt response and updates on my order. When it arrived it also came with a thank you, which is always nice to receive.
I would highly recommend buying from this wonderful company.

Beautiful yarns packaged with care.
Beautiful yarns packaged with care in recyclable packaging. An issue with Royal Mail was handled with sympathy and kindness. James took time away from his holiday to respond to my messages. It took a week but the yarn did arrive in time.

Exemplary - in a word..
Items ordered arrived and were exactly as described. I knew when they would arrive as I was advised - HONESTLY - when they were likely to turn up. Packaging was fine - and recyclable, and I received a lovely hand written thank you, which was a beautiful touch. Would recommend.

I received the product
I received the product - Addi Knit Pro, Addi Novel Long and Addi Snake and I absolutely love them. I have to apologize to James for not being patient enough when I did not receive them as I expected. And James still found the time to answer my request.
Thank you again for outstanding service.
