You just tell them the amount you want to exchange, the account numbers where you want them to withdraw and deposit the money into, and they tell you the exchange rate. It is done efficiently and quickly every single time. It does take 7 full days for the transaction to be fully completed. Knightsbridge offers a very good exchange rate even for smaller sums, and the experience is very smooth using the same accounts I have used previously. It does take five days to exchange USD for CAD, though.

Compared to my bank's charge for the same amount, I saved well over $200. I noticed that I gave them the wrong bank info so I went to their Chat and they relayed the proper info to their accounting staff and I still got the exchanged funds the next day. Very pleased.
