I don't really interact with your emloyees. I ask for a quote which they send me and I then make the decision whether I like the rate. I don't like to keep filling out that form where I get my $ and what I'm using the funds for. I'm guessing that is some federal law?? Otherwise the service is quick and the rate is about 1% below bank rates.

I'm a long-time customer. The rates are always good and transactions are always quick and seamless.

I purchased USD with Canadian funds, and saved a significant amount of money compared to my chartered bank in doing so. I've used Knightsbridge FX previously so I used their website for the transaction using my account number. Funds were deposited to my account the next day as I made the transaction late in the day. I'm a disabled Canadian Veteran living in the USA and needed to convert and transfer $250K CDN to $USD for a home renovation. The Knightsbridge process was clear and very easy. I was surprised that Cdn law required me to travel to my Canadian bank in person to authorize the transfer, but everything went smoothly.

Communication was key. They kept me up to date on exactly how the process was progressing.

Very easy process to exchange US and Cdn $. Once the accounts were set up I have been able to exchange between my Canadian and US dollar accounts with a single phone call. The quoted rate is always close or the same as I can get through the big US exchange services.
