It's always a very good experience because the staff knows and understand right away what you want and need. They explain well and we receive very promptly an email confirming the transaction. The rate are always good when I compare with the bank.

In sum: best rate, safe solid service, all done online. I change US $ to CAN $ in 2 accounts at same Canadian Bank. Process was straightforward, secure, double checked by small deposit into debit account, kept informed of each step and what/when to expect.

Setting up conversions by phone in the past has provided very favorable exchange rates, however the bank transfer processes taking 2 days in each direction meant the whole process could take up to a week to complete.
Using the dashboard and e-transfer (or wiring) of funds to Knightsbridge has resulted in the converted amount being wired and deposited into the receiving account THE NEXT DAY! Smooth and seamless. Well done!
