They even have the audacity to reply to reviews with false declarations claiming I returned the order as a comercial item. The funniest part is that I never received the order because it was lost in transit and they all of a sudden refer to a false return. Biggest scammers ever, you will never receive your money back and they don’t even respond back to your claims, they declare they will escalate this to their finance department but it’s been 6 months and didn’t receive my money back.

J’ai commandée robe début juin pour un mariage, suite à cela j’ai reçu un message sur whatsapp en me disant que le coloris que je voulais n’était plus disponible alors j’ai demandée à être remboursé et ils m’ont dit que je serai remboursé sous 15 jours, je n’ai jamais été remboursé. Cela fait maintenant 7 mois que je les contacte sans arrêt et rien. Ne commandez pas je vous le déconseille vivement.

La robe était magnifique mais beaucoup trop petite je taille du M j'ai commandé du XL. Impossible de fermer la fermeture.

Todo ha sido una estafa
Todo ha sido una estafa, el vestido que recibí es de calidad ínfima,no sirve ni como disfraz, pague casi 200 euros, me cobraron 20 euros de gastos de envío e impuestos, luego la empresa de transporte me requería otra vez el pago de aranceles y ahora casi un año después hacienda me requiere el pago del IVA, que se supone he pagado ya dos veces. ES UNA ESTAFA, desde mi banco me explicaron que era una empresa fraudulenta, pero que si no había devolución no me devolverían el dinero, si lo llego a enviar de vuelta estoy viendo que no devuelven el dinero y encima tendría que pagar los impuestos también de vuelta. Si pones una reseña negativa en sus redes te bloquean, no me fio de esas reseñas positivas, es un engaño.
