Wer das Geld nicht zurück bekommt, kann das über Kreditkarte Reklamation innerhalb von 12 Wochen ab dem Datum der Rücksendung beantragen, dabei müsst Ihr Kaufbeleg, das Gesprächsverkehr mit Kiyafet Sepeti und Verfolgung Store sowie einen Formular die Sie über Kreditkarten Anbieter zukommen lassen.
Und lassen Sie direkt eure Kreditkarte sperren!
Nur so haben wir solche Betrüger im Griff.

Servizio pessimo! Ordino un abito ad agosto pagando quasi 180€ piu la dogana di 50€. L’abito arriva ma troppo stretto per me e per niente come in foto. Procedo col reso a mie spese (circa una 40ina €). É passato 1 mese e non so più niente del mio pacco. Loro continuano a dirmi che “ci vuole tempo” e che mi faranno sapere. Penso che ormai possa essere considerata una TRUFFA. Non comprate da loro. Servizio pessimo e assistenza inesistente. Non credo rivedró di certo i miei soldi.
Mi contattano su whastapp 3 mesi dopo dicendomi “se togli la recensione ti regaliamo un abito”. In dubbio, faccio come mi dicono dopo aver provato a chiedere un rimborso invece dell’abito. Mi chiedono mail e nominativo e dicono che in 2-6 giorni mi arriva. É passata una settimana, zero mail di conferma ricevute, né abito, né rispondo su whastapp. Fate veramente ridere, chi credete di fregare! Io il commento negativo lo rimetto e come!TRUFFA

Kundenservice katastrophal. Firma unseriös. Qualität der Ware und Beschreibung auf Webseite unterirdisch. Habe zum wiederholten Male die Ware zurück geschickt da keiner diese in der Türkei entgegennehmen wollte und dies zurück an mich geschickt wurde. Also, zwei Mal den Versand bezahlt. Leider ist alles schief gelaufen und ich auch eine bin die betrogen worden ist. Geld abgebucht, angeblich dir Ware geschick, ich habe mich aber bei irgeneiner Post nicht gemeldet (keine Infos bekommen, wo ich mich melden sollte eigentlich). Bestellung an denen zurück gekommen. Sie haben mich gefragt ob ich das Kleid will oder Geld zurück, habe mich fürs Geld entschieden und warte seit August auf das Geld!!!

VOLEURS ! j’ai effectué une commande en double (sans faire exprès) ils me contactent le lendemain pour annuler une de mes commandes, je me dis cool, on me dit que je serai remboursé sous 15 jours, or je n’ai rien reçu, du coup, je les contacte, on me propose un avoir que je refuse, je préfère qu’on me rembourse, depuis, je n’arrive plus à joindre personne et bien sûr toujours pas d’argent rendu ! Ce n’est qu’une bande d’ESCROCS !

Vestido hermoso. Sigo esta empresa por instagram desde hace mucho tiempo y fue hasta el domingo pasado que decidí comprar uno de sus modelos. El vestido es exactamente como aparece en Instagram y su pagina web. Excelente relación calidad/precio. En solo 4 días hábiles el vestido estaba en casa.

Die Firma ist ein Betrüger, geben an die Fracht sei unterwegs und nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen heißt es sie haben nichts versendet da die Größe nicht vorrätig sei und es Probleme mit der Farbe des Stoffes gibt. Mein Geld habe ich auch noch nicht erhalten.

This has been the worst shopping…
This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a dress for my wife, but it was too big, and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. However, the customer service has been completely unacceptable. I have tried to reach out for several hours without receiving any responses. After much frustration, I learned that I would also have to cover the return shipping costs myself, which feels unreasonable. I spent an entire day trying to resolve this issue without any success. I will never shop here again and cannot recommend this store to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! They sent me the wrong dress. After contacting them from Canada (time zone difference) they responded saying to send it back at my own expense and they will send me the correct dress. After battling them for days they finally sent me a pre paid return label. Then, they sent me the correct dress however was not the right sizing and poorly made. Sleeves weren’t even on both sides. Because of the time it took to settle this issue I ran out of time to complain. Ended up having to reconstruct the dress with my seamstress. Ridiculous. Messaging them was a headache because they were not wanting to help at all. Do not purchase from this site as they will provide you with no customer service after they take your money.
