Finger weg! Ich wurde betrogen. Habe ein Kleid bestellt und ein ca. 3 Grössen kleineres erhalten, mit abgeschnittenen oder geänderten Etiketten! Durfte es quasi „umtauschen“ worauf sie mir das exakt gleiche Kleid wieder zugesendet haben! Immer noch die gleichen, teilweise abgeschnittenen Etiketten! Geld zurückzahlen wollen sie nicht. Für Rückversand und Umtausch müsste ich die Kosten selbst übernehmen. Geld zurück gibt es nicht!

Thank you so much, I normally don't pay this amount of money online to buy dresses, I rather go to the shop, I gave it a shot with kiyafetsepeti and waww I have nothing to complain about and yes I would shop here again, my order took 3 to 4 days and the dress, the colour was exactly de same as seen on the site. No es una estafa, pero si mala gestión interna sobre control real de artículos . Tras varios días de intentos y poco entendimiento ,sobre todo por las tallas , color y modelos , al fin en el último día la persona con la cual hablaba puso todo su empeño en solucionarme el problema. Aquí hay que tener muy claro que el dinero no te lo devuelven pero si te dan opciones a otros modelos o colores y yo tras ver que no me hacían mi devolución opté por otro vestido. Cierto es que cumplieron con el plazo de días urgente para la entrega y la calidad del vestido muy buena, me sorprendió gratamente.
No le doy un cinco por la mala gestión interna para solucionar el problema.

Biggest scammers! Don’t be a fool like me—do not order anything from them!

I ordered a dress for £135 on 12th February. After placing my order, they messaged me to say the dress was out of stock. I requested a refund, and they claimed it had been processed, stating it could take up to 15 days. However, I never received my refund within that timeframe.

When I contacted them again, they assured me I would receive my refund by 19th March at the latest—but still, nothing!

I WILL COMPLAIN EVERYWHERE I CAN!!!

Ho pagato 43 euro di dogana, ma l’abito è perfetto, stupendo!!!come da foto, sembra di alta moda, tessuto fantastico.Ho seguito le loro indicazioni sulla taglia e sono corrette!!

Meine Erfahrung mit Kiyafetsepti war eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe eine Rücksendung vorgenommen, die gleich zweimal nicht angenommen wurde. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme gab es keine Kooperation seitens des Kundenservices. Statt Hilfe oder einer Lösung zu erhalten, wurde ich über WhatsApp bedroht – ein völlig inakzeptables Verhalten.

Ich kann nur dringend von diesem Shop abraten, wenn euch euer Geld und eure Nerven wichtig sind. Absolut unseriös und enttäuschend!! Bis heute ist die Ware unterwegs und ich habe mein Geld nicht zurückerhalten.

I was initially worried because I placed the order and didn’t receive any emails regarding tracking numbers. I got an email confirming my order and nothing else. But then literally received my order one week later. It’s a beautiful dress, fits me like a glove, great quality and exactly what I saw in the picture. Service was fast and they are always ready to answer questions. Happy shopping !

The dress came in 5 days and it’s perfect! The vendor was very nice and replied to every question i asked. And the dress is very beautiful, the measurements are the same that’s on the website. I really recommend this store!

J’ai été très surprise par le service client de cette enseigne. Ils ont été très gentils et à l’écoute. J’ai commandé en toute simplicité et j’ai reçu ma robe qui est fidèle a la taille et aux photos. Reçu en 6 jours. Rien à dire.
