I had a warranty request right at the expiry of the warranty period. The KITS customer agent showed empathy and flexibility, and solved my problem to my satisfaction, which was a full replacement of the glasses that broke.

My new glasses were beautiful, and my distance vision was perfect, but I wasn’t able to read while wearing them unless I lifted them up a bit, even though they are progressive lenses. I called Kits and Robert (ref #17468853) explained why I was struggling and guided me through the proper way to measure my OC and also my PD, while patiently answering all my questions. I was so impressed with the service I received due to Robert’s expertise. The glasses are now being returned to Kits with a free-return label and custom lenses will be put on the frames and mailed back to me. Thank you Robert for the fantastic customer service!
