Fast, efficient, and the best cust. service of my life. I’d made a minor mistake in my last order: not checking the arm length of the model of frames. These were a bit shorter than ideal, I noted in a very positive review. Kits called. I was offered a free return or a free courier of a very similar model with longer arms (and glass, rather than scripted lenses). I took the latter option, to put these adult frames’ arms on the boy-sized frames. Kits even offered to reimburse me if a local optician charged me to switch the arms. No need, but it was above and beyond generous.

Very user friendly website with a huge selection of inexpensive glasses. Customer service is prompt and efficient, product is good and shipping was timely. It’s a great way to build up your glasses collection if, like me, you like to change things up often.

I am a huge fan of buying my glasses online. The company I usually purchase them from went up drastically in price so I went on a mission to find a replacement and I landed on Kits. In less than a week the glasses arrived BUT only one problem… totally wrong prescription UGH

I phoned them up and HOLY COW what a remarkably pleasant experience that was! The customer service rep stayed on the phone the entire time in order to process the return and to get another order started.

As an aside the glasses did fit perfectly- just the wrong prescription is all which can happen

They couldn't get my progressive glasses correct.
Tried 2 times with correct measurements and still not even close. Never had this issue with ordering on line.

Waiting over a month for half my contact lens order.

Sends me an email saying ‘spend more money on even cheaper glasses for your trouble’ repeatedly. I don’t want to give you more of my money, I just want my contact lenses. That’s not making amends for this experience.

Make it right.

Frame quality is good, shipping very fast, minimal packaging, and price is good. My order came uneven, customer service sent me a new pair no problem and those were also needing adjustments. I had to go to another store to do it.

I bought online glasses from another retailer and they messed up my prescription. This time with KITS my prescription was perfect! I did have the correct PDs so that could have been the issue. I love how they are a Canadian company and my benefits will cover them! I bought the glasses and as soon as they shipped I submitted a request and I was paid out super quick by Manulife. They arrived much quicker than expected as well. They did not take 3 weeks like some reviewers have mentioned. KITS eyewear is so affordable I now have a number of pairs of glasses for every outfit and occassion. I ordered glasses that were too large for my face (Sunday, Frankie and Hardy) and the return was seamless. I was able to call KITS and speak to a number of extremely helpful agents who emailed me return labels and reordered different glasses for me. I highly recommend calling if you are having issues they will help you out quickly. Also, from my experience I did not need to wait more than a minute for the phones to be answered. I did email before I phoned but got no response so I would not suggest emailing! I have recommended KITS eyewear to everyone even my therapist! I think I am pretty much a KITS customer for life now! Love their prices and their glasses! I have bought designed glasses all over the world and my kids or myself keep on breaking them so I am so happy to buy affordable glasses that are like designer glasses! So on trend!

Customer service and return policy is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I don't have one of those heads where all frames seem to look nice on, so regrettably, I've had to return two frames. The return process is super duper easy and straight forward. I'm also impressed with the quality of the frames from their Kits line and the plastic frames with nose pads are my absolute favorite in terms of comfort and look. I'm happy with the quality of the frames and their customer service is exemplary to say the least. I will continue to buy frames from here in the future!

When the clip that came with my order wasn't available anymore, Robert was very helpful in finding the best solution for my dilemma. He was able to swap the clip for another pair of glasses with minor price difference and completed my order. He was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Kits and Robert for making this experience great.

The optometrist was so through, way better than all the others I've been to this year. he did extra tests for my brain injury that other optometrists did not bother with.
also the customer service at the store is phenomenal, soo helpful !! Best eye glass picking out help I've received ever. and then the online customer service cause I entered my address in wrong..they were so helpful and followed up so proficiently!
can't recommend Kits eye glass place enough now. I go for glasses and contact and vision tests from now on
