I’ve tried to order an induction hob protector (through Amazon) from these people twice. The first time they claimed it had been delivered after three and a half weeks. It had not. I got refunded and re-ordered a different product. Today (after another three weeks) checked on Amazon and it says ‘Product Undeliverable’. I get Amazon deliveries most days without any problem.

What I received was just as it looked in the picture and is very useful BUT I had ordered two different pictures and I got two the same.
I have tried emailing kitchenyeah, but site wasn't found!!!!

I am really not pleased with this company. I ordered a stove protector which got lost in the post and then redirected back to the company. The company did send it back out to me but it went to someone else’s house and they obviously received it. I did get back in touch with the company they sent out another for me. Which still hasn’t arrived and has been sent to the wrong address again !!!! 😡 whenever I’ve had an email from them, it’s been in a foreign language. I don’t understand. I am very disappointed with this company. I have got no stove cover up or a refund.😡

Fast delivery and the hob protector is georgous better than i even though , would definitely recommend and definitely order again

Easy to order, especially as I ordered a personalised hob protector. It was very easy to upload the photo/image.
Only thing I would say that can be improved, is that one of the emails in regards to delivery information was not in English, so I had to use Google translate.
Apart from that the service was great.

Website easy to navigate. Pictures are true to product. Arrived in timeframe. Well wrapped. I recommend you buy the product wrap, very useful while not in use.
