Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre commande passée le 03/05/26 n’a toujours pas été reçue malgré les délais annoncés. Nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration, d’autant plus qu’un problème technique de notre côté a empêché l’envoi de votre commande.

Nous regrettons également les difficultés rencontrées avec le code promotionnel communiqué ainsi que l’absence de réponse à vos relances. Ce n’est évidemment pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients et nous vous présentons nos excuses pour les désagréments rencontrés.

Nous souhaiterions réexaminer votre dossier afin de trouver une solution adaptée le plus rapidement possible. Thank you for your detailed review. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration regarding the order process, delivery issues, and communication with our customer service team.

We regret that the return policy for hob protectors was not sufficiently clear to you during the ordering process, especially as you selected one of our standard images. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to discover the incorrect size only after the confirmation email was found in your junk folder and then experience difficulties trying to cancel or amend the order.

Additionally, we are sorry to hear about the delivery problems caused by the address recognition issue and the inconvenience of the parcel being held within the postal network. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the delivery and for the inconvenience caused by the delay in resolving the situation. We also understand your disappointment about not being able to cancel the order and receive a refund after the parcel was reportedly delivered to the wrong address.

Thank you for your feedback 😔 We’re glad to hear that you’re happy with the induction hob protector, but we’re sorry that the Induclip is still missing and that this has been ongoing since January.
