Had a concern about how to use a new product I purchased. I contacted support after hours but still got an immediate response with detailed information and a video explaining what to do. The next day, I got a follow-up to make sure everything was all set and I didn’t need anything further. Really great service team and makes me feel confident about future purchases.

Excited to join the Kings Loot Family!
The luggage and other items look amazing; very first -class worhty. That said, I had few questions regarding my items of interest and processing and shipment times. I chatted with Reis from customer support online. Reis rsponded quickly and was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and made our interaction seemless. All my questions were answered and I proceeded to make my first purchase of a luggage set and Kings Loot wallet.

They do not honor their motto.
I bought a wallet in 2020 and loved it. Unfortunately I recently lost it. Support was VERY quick to respond which is nice but absolutely refuses to honor their lifetime warranty; telling me that a lost wallet doesn't cover it. It literally says on their site "Any time, any reason" for a replacement and I remember it being the same when I bought the wallet 6 years ago. Do not purchase products from this company. Their warranty is a blatant lie.

I’ve been using my Kings Loot leather wallet for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The leather feels premium, the stitching is solid, and it has that perfect balance between slim and functional. It holds everything I need without feeling bulky, and the quick‑access design is actually useful, not just a gimmick. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high‑quality everyday wallet.
