Unbelievable service
Unbelievable service! Me and two friends hired supercars to go on a road trip through Switzerland. The cars arrived bang on time as promised with a very smooth delivery process.
2 days in we had an issue with one of the cars and they came and swapped it for us!
Finally they collected the cars from us at the airport, again very smooth and quick process. Deposit was released in full a couple days after.
Will 100% use these again.

Experience was excellent. Car delivered on time and picked up in time. Car was in good condition and handled perfectly during my three day rental through south of France. I would definitely use King Rent again.

Great Experience
Great rates, a great car, and a very easy process. I was curious to see how it would work out but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a great Ferrari 488, drove it across Italy, and had a great time with no issues on return.

Unprofessional car rental services
Unprofessional car rental services. I booked a car that was simply given away to someone else. Then they tried to push another car on me. Not recommended. A 24/7 service is advertised, but response times can sometimes take up to 8 hours.

Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing the situation, we want to clarify that your review contains untrue statements and it’s not based on the facts. First of all, your booking was never finalized, as the booking form was not completed on your end. No booking confirmation was sent to you, so just to make it clear: the claim that you booked the car with us is incorrect and misleading!
Here’s a detailed timeline of the communication:
- On 20th September 2024, at 11:45h we received your inquiry for a Ferrari Rental in Milan from 27.09 to 29.09. We sent our offer at 16:11h. After negotiation, we agreed to provide 200 km for free and meet your requested price. At 17:50h the same day, we asked for your flight details, but you said you would let us know and there were no further responses that day.
- On 21st September, we reached out at 17:17h to confirm if you would like to proceed. You mentioned needing to check flights, and upon confirmation at your end we sent you a booking link at 21:53h the same day. No response followed.
- On 22nd September, you requested photos of the car at 11:20h, which we sent promptly at 11:51h. At 19:19h (sunday), you informed us that your plans had changed, and you now needed the car for 1.5 days.
- On 23rd September, you followed up at 9:10h, and by 9:40h, we informed you that the new price would be slightly higher due to the change in duration. We sent the revised offer at 10:32h and the booking link at 13:33h. After not receiving a response, we followed up at 14:30h explaing that we have other requests for the vehicle, and while you confirmed receipt of the link, you didn’t fill out the form.
- At 17:03h, we informed you that the car had been booked by another client. However we offered an upgrade to another vehicle. You replied at 17:04h, asking us not to contact you further.
We would also like to clarify that while we are available 24/7, during the night we only respond to emergencies. In this case, it was always us waiting for you to finalize the booking! The only time we didn’t respond immediately was Sunday evening, when we replied the next morning.
We are very sorry to receive this type of feedbacks. The facts are documented and have been explained here in the most objective possible way.
It’s quite obvious that a booking is confirmed when the client sends it back signed, not when we send out the booking form….
I really hope this clarifies that it is not accurate to state that you booked the car, nor that we did not respond promptly. We always strive to communicate in a timely and professional manner, nevertheless we are sorry that you feel disappointed by our service.
In case you change your mind, we are always here to provide the service, and maybe we could receive an updated review based on a genuine rental experience.

Rented a Ferrari F8 spider for 24 hours and it was truly amazing. Service was great, with delivery and pick up very smoothly. No extra or unexpected costs, so trustworthy. Dealt with Arnel, who was very friendly and helpful during the entire time. Would, and most likely will, use their service again in the future.

McLaren 720S Spider rental
I rented McLaren 720S Spider for my trip through Pyrenees. The car was in very good condition and everything from the start of the rental till the end worked out perfect. I have to mention that communication (Kate) was very clear and helpful. Overall experience was perfect.

Outstanding customer service and support I will definitely rent from them again
The customer service from King rentals is outstanding. The Ferrari 488 spider was immaculate and the support for the car was well above any car rental agency, I have ever experienced I will definitely rent from this company again. They picked me up at the airport stored my bags for four days and met me at the airport with my bags so that I could depart for my next flight out of Milan.
