I do not recommend this company.

In December 2024, I rented a BMW M3 Competition. According to the signed agreement, the rental period was 1 day (14.12.2024 – 15.12.2024). On the same day, I had an accident.

A company representative came to the scene and told me that, since I was a tourist and leaving the country, I needed to transfer 50,000 AED as a deposit. I was clearly told that I would pay exactly 20% of the repair cost, the rest would be refunded, and that there would be no additional charges such as loss of use.

I trusted the company and transferred the money.

After that, communication became difficult. I was repeatedly asked to wait, no clear updates were provided, and eventually communication stopped completely. At this point, I am being ignored.

I also tried to resolve this through DED (Dubai Consumer Protection), but the case was closed without a clear resolution.

What concerns me most is that the documents later provided do not match the original agreement. While my contract shows a 1-day rental, I was later presented with documents indicating a 153-day rental period, along with a total charge exceeding 230,000 AED.

At this point, the issue remains unresolved and communication from the company is absent.

I strongly recommend documenting all terms in writing before making any payments.

Avoid this company, ive just read a carbon copy of our experience. Our plane was about 40 mins late, early afternoon, no one waiting to meet us, I called them, then 20 mins later I called again, a very nice lady picked us up, odd as I thought we collected from the airport. Taken to a Scabby yard at the back of the airport, we where greeted by a horrible rude man called Spiros Kardaksris who informed us as we where late (bearing in mind they had flight number and tel number) they had given our car away, so we can have another if pay €40 euro more, we refused, hard sell on insurance (I had excess policy) then if we break down with flst tyre we need to pay €300... He eventually gave us a knackered looking Corsa, we found out air con pretty hopeless and if air con on, the car wouldn't pull, and we where staying up the mountain, Agioi Deka, knackered wipers, filthy seats etc.Just avoid this scammer and not put another € in his pocket. You should be ashamed of yourself.

If you want to go to Corfu and you need a rental car, this is the place, you don't need to look around, just ask for King’s Rent a car.It was really nice experience. Very nice host Dimitris. The reservation on the website was easy. Communication and transportation from-to the airport was excellent. The staff was too friendly and the car was also in perfect condition.
