Ordered the brace and the hot and cold pouches to go with it . The patches are still in transit (been a couple of weeks ) the brace was showing as awaiting to be dispatched. I’ve emailed for an update a couple of times and they have not replied

Purchased for husband with terrible shoulder arthritis. He tried it for several days, didn't make any impact. He asked me to send it back. Ordered it seeing they offer a 30-day return policy. When you read their very strict policy, it must be unused (how on earth are you to decide if it works if you can't try it) in the original packaging (plastic bag which was ripped by USPS) and no packing slip inside. Have been emailing them daily to get some kind of RMA # or acknowledgment to return it, to no response. This seller is terrible. Stay far away. We are out the $$ and no recourse. Cannot reach them.

This company is a fraud. I ordered a shoulder brace and wanted to return the item well within the 30 day window. After numerous phone calls and voicemails, including emails, I packaged and sent the unused brace in original packaging back to the company with a letter requesting a refund. My package was returned with a postage label on it, which said return to sender “refused“. Unable to forward. Return to sender. This company got my money and contrary to their refund policy, did not refund my purchase. Under no circumstances, do business with this fraudulent company.

After a lifetime of shoulder issues partly from being a surfer and surf coach, the ads started appearing. Then more and more. The “normal” price they state is absolutely ludicrous; even at half price they are double what you pay on the big retail site. But these looked a bit better and I thought I’d try one alongside the heat pad.
They arrived; crumpled packaging, instructions looked like they’d been fished out of a bin. The heat pad is also a joke; no branding, not even slightly made to fit in the support. It’s a generic heat pad worth £3 max. I’d value the support at £15.
Sooo I gave it a go and it’s actually not bad; low rent construction but it kind of works as does the comedy heat pad.
I’ve noticed other brands selling identical looking kit with different branding.
Oh and it’s shipped from China.
So we have a factory pumping out cheap supports and a handful of companies doing a fairly convincing sales job on them. I have absolutely no faith in any sort of a returns process.
It’s not awful but it’s worth half the “deal” price at most.

Bought two as I have major shoulder issues. Tried one on and found it really uncomfortable under the arm. I am still trying to return the items but have not had a response yet for a return. I have messaged, emailed and cursed into the air. All to no avail. My guess is it will drag out till the 30 days are up and then Ill be stuck with the useless things.

Guys, these people are a bunch of scammers. They do not respond to any emails. I have ordered 2 shoulder supports from them and the quality is sub par. Not only that, I have sent them an email with regards to a refund 2 days after using their products, yet they do not respond back.
Most likely, this is a drop shipping company that is not held accountable for the products it produces

Total scam beware. Product is a cheap and nasty product drop shipped from a company in China advertising on Ali Express called Brothock Store. They do not respond to emails. Their marketing and promise of customer support and 30 day money back guarantee is bogus. Avoid at all costs.

This is nothing short of amazing!! After weeks of painfully attempting sleep, i was again able to sleep, roll over & basically be free of pain.

I purchased this to support my damaged rotator cuff when golfing. When worn and tightened for a snug fit, the compression adds support which enables me to swing comfortably.

My husband got this for his torn rotator cuff - which is extremely painful - and it has helped give him some relief. Of course with and injury like that only surgery will stop the pain, but this is helping him live life while waiting for his surgery. It's also barely noticeable under shirts.

Got this for a torn/inflamed rotator cuff. It helps take the stress off my arm and I didn't realize it has some free resistance band training videos! Very nice

Promised delivery by 29th August from this "Australia company " but still not here, started a PayPal dispute but seller told PayPal my purchase was delivered without supplying any evidence, escalating and awaiting further responses from PayPal, I thought I was protected from dodgy sellers by PayPal but apparently not.....
Left a poor review on the sellers site but they won't post that, only the fake 5 star reviews.
Stay away from this dodgy Chinese company

I have waited 2 months now on shoulder brace,money taken from account, absolute zero contact from customer care(non-existent)
So if this email saves 1 more person from their money being stolen ill be happy

Shoulder brace Come from china.. but that not the problem. The scratch from fixation is not confortable ( beside the biceps). No respond from e mail so no return...

FB ad very convincing - "30 day money back return no questions asked & 24/7 customer support". Shoulder brace came w/o packing slip. Sent extra brace not ordered & charged extra too. Called phone # from web site -msg says to email. Emailed daily with no response. Now I find from other complaints this is how they work.

Stay away from this company. Product is absolute crap and there is no way of returning the product

Don't waste your money

The brace simply does not work. Cheap junk straight from China and not made in the US / Australia as the website claime, depending on where you log in. It’s all a scam. No one replies to emails to enquire about the returns process despite there being a “no questions asked guarantee”. Fortunately for me, I paid via ZipPay and worked with them to seek a refund through Visa. Please do not waste your money.

After checking on this company and realising the product was not from NZ as the site indicates I noticed a discrepancy with their pricing for the product. Hence I sent them an email about it. Needless to say my experience was the same as many others re no communication. They have never replied to my email re purchasing other than a generic “ buy this and bla bla bla” indicates to me they will not respond if I wish to return the product hence I won’t touch them with a barge pole

Not only did I get same day delivery, but this shoulder brace worked to immediately take away the pain from my injured rotatory cuff. I never expected it to work so well! I am super pleased how it took the pain away so quickly! One of the best purchases I've made.
