We lost our precious family member, our cat Jade, on 31st May. All words that we can write, will never be enough to show our gratitude for all love and compassion given by Sally. In such painful moment, her words were a bless and confort. We have today received Jade's ashes at home.
I will always remember you.

Tinkerbell
Our sweet Westie passed away on 26th May 2024, when Nigel came to collect her he was especially kind and respectful. Communication with Sally was also very kind. When Tinkerbell arrived home, the lovely note and black cord bracelet in remembrance of her which is still being worn were all so very thoughtful.

From start to finish, an amazing, kind and sensitive service, the loveliest send-off for my poor little cat.

Sally was so lovely and caring, she collected our hamster, Toffee and returned his ashes a few days later, with lovely clay footprints. Thank you so much Sally x

The experience was so very first class. I was treated with respect and kindness re the cremation of my dear cat from the first phone call to the return of my cat’s ashes .

Many thanks kind for your caring service, Sally who contacted us and made us feel that Poppy our spaniel would be cared for and respected through the whole process, Nigel came and collected Poppy in a lovely soft basket with a blanket and was so respectful and such a nice guy.
Poppy was back with us within 2 days and with her paw prints and a lovely gift pack.

I was devastated when my cat passed last Sunday. Kind have been so caring and taken care of everything for her. So empathetic and know how you are hurting. It was comforting to know she was taken care of so well. Amazing and I would have paid double for the incredible service they have given us.

I could not recommend Sally more highly. She was so kind and compassionate. She treated Alice with the utmost respect and kindness. We knew Alice was very unwell but it is was still a shock when he passed. Sally came to attend to him so quickly and was a great comfort to me as I was alone. The passing of a pet that is a family member is truly heartbreaking but Sally truly made it as painless as can be hoped for.

Had my mothers beautiful baby boy Teddy taken care of using this service and can say that Sally was the best possible person to look after him. She was attentive, personal and loved him like her own.
