We recently had to say goodbye to our dear Groodle, Sebastian. At almost 13 years old it was his time to go to sleep for the last time.

We engaged the services of a company to arrange a Dr to visit home, give Sebastian a hand in the most compassionate way and take him to rest.

Kind Funerals receive our boy and I had call from Sally to say she had received Sebastian and he was now on their kind hands.

He’d arrived safely and will continue to be loved.

Our experience through a very difficult time was made easier by having an ear to listen and care.

The after care service, for us, has been nothing but kind and sincere.

We cannot thank Sally and her team enough and if the sad time comes would 150% recommend.

No one wants to go through the process of losing a beloved pet, but if the time comes again Sally will be our first call.

The kindness offered from booking for our Rusty to be collected after he’d passed, with messages of support, to a hug and kind words when Sally came to collect him and again when he came home, were beyond expectations.

Sally is the kindest soul, and that reflects in her service and the name of the business and world needs more Kindness like this in it.

So.. I knew my 18 yr old cat was sick. My vet couldn’t accommodate so kind funerals sent Robert from Kent to Southampton . He was amazing . Took my girl to kind funerals . The package I got back from my lovely girl was amazing ! Thank you Paul for bringing her home. You guys are amazing !!!!

Not the best time in our lives , and in the nicest possible was wish I'd not had to use this service, But that said it was absolutely flawless from start to finish, Sally was the most kind and caring "business owner " Ive ever had dealings with , she text me updates day & night , times frames were stuck to , Such a quick turnaround , Bentley was returned home where he belonged within the week .
Couldn't of asked for more from Sally . Absolutely made a terrible thing easier for us.
100% recommend to anyone who wants / needs this service.

Absolutely 10 stars. A relative's dog died and they didnt feel able to handle the cremation so i contacted Kind and they were honestly outstanding. VERY quick and understanding, so pleased with their help its been top tier

We've used the company 3 times and will also do so going forward every time as everyone involved is super empathetic and take the time to show respect and care no matter the animal involved myself and my wife care for domesticated rats and the team always ask about them and remembered the previous baby's when we've had to use there services again.

Kind funerals were amazing. They handled everything for me with such empathy and compassion. I would highly recommend them for what is an extremely upsetting and heartbreaking time for anyone

I was shattered to have to say goodbye to my 20 year old cat who had been with me since childhood. I left Sally an incomprehensible voice message and she got back to me within the hour with pure kindness and empathy. She kindly allowed us to bring Hamish to her in person, where she helped us with paw prints and other kind mementos. I have never experienced a business like hers in the animal care industry - completely personal and human. No admin, no intermediaries, no shareholder profits, just a kind person there to offer grounding at your most vulnerable, and to treat your friend's remains with genuine compassion.

Beautiful Beatrice was a champion standard poodle who took her last walk with me in a favourite place, before she collapsed and passed away in my arms. Aged 14 and in poor health, I wanted her to enjoy everything until the end. It was a fitting end, in a beautiful place.and in my arms.
When that time comes, it's never easy whatever the circumstances.
She was such a character and was loved by many people.
Sally came within hours of my call and I carried Bea to the vehicle and placed her in a bed. Obviously I was very upset and Sally was very kind and understanding. Bea was returned personally by Sally a few days later with our keepsakes, prints, fur trimmings and Bea's candle etc.
I want to thank Sally for her kindness and excellent service.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kind Funerals to anyone saying goodbye to their beloved pet.

Kindred Funerals were recommended to me by someone who had used them for her dog.

I felt our dog's cremation was in safe hands and this was very important.

Kind Funerals communicated well and were very helpful and trustworthy, respectful of the hard time of losing a beloved pet.

We were treated with kindness and understanding throughout.
Robert was very supportive and cared for Denzil as he went over Rainbow Bridge.

Cremating Zeus was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. He’s a big dog 55kg of muscle and moving him from the van seemed impossible.

Sally directed us how to cradle Zeus into the cremation chamber ourselves. That meant everything to me. My son and I both needed closure.

Sally understood that and she listened to our stories and had a feel for the cheeky chappie we were putting to rest.

She gave me a moment to honour him properly, to say goodbye in my own way. I’ll always be grateful for how she handled us and the task.

Simply the most kind and lovely person I’ve ever met!

For over 15 years Rosie was a member of our family and was loved by us all.
When she left us we were devastated, and wanted her to be treated with respect.
We contacted Sally and she came straight away and comforted us and ensured us that she would look after Rosie the way she would with her own.
Sally carried Rosie carefully to her car and places her in a bed and gave us time to say goodbye and gave us a hug before they went.
Sally brought Rosies ashes back to the house within a few days and even remembered Ruby our other dog, to us it showed she cared.
Thank you Sally for being there at our time of need. You are a very kind and caring lady.

I am deeply thankful to Sally from Kind Funeral for supporting me through the cremation of my beloved Tok Hoi in July. She helped me say goodbye with such compassion and dignity. The paw print, fur clip, card, and her warm words brought great comfort and left me with precious keepsakes to remember him by. Thank you for making this farewell so meaningful and tender.

If I could give 1000 stars out of 5 I would. On one of the saddest days of the year, Sally truly brought so much light to our family. I would go as far as saying this is absolutely her calling in life.

Sally was incredibly patient with us as we organised our day around the loss of our beautiful cat. The service she provided went above and beyond what I expected, and leaving a simple trustpilot review doesn't feel adequate for how she transformed our day with her gentle nature, her love for animals and her all round positivity. It really doesn't.
