Placed my order on Monday morning and didn’t get a order confirmation I needed my order before Friday and was very worried as I placed a big order for a children’s birthday party and this was treats for the kids. I called no answer left a voicemail message and tried contacting them on instagram and facebook, someone from facebook team got back to me straight away and reassured me my order was ok and being dispatched soon and that I should get the order before Friday and I did I got it today ( Wednesday) the advisor also messaged me today advising me I should get it today.. great customer service and I am very happy with my order thank you so much! I will be ordering from you again soon, highly recommend great service and fast delivery 🤩

What an awesome business
What an awesome business! Due to payday being later than usual, I ordered all the stuff I needed to make party bags and asked them if it's possible to get it before a certain date. Well let me tell you... I ordered on a Tuesday and it was out for delivery on the Thursday.
Absolutely superb company who goes out of their way to ensure their customers are having a good experience and already bookmarked ready to shop with them for all future presents ideas (with more notice this time too lol!).
The quality, the prices, quickness of delivery - can't fault it at all and thank you again for coming to the rescue at a short notice!

Of toys that needed to be handed out as presents for a birthday party. The response I got was a discount of £1 how patronising! Told them to keep it! How can I give out damaged packaged toys to kids I would look so silly!

What a very spiteful review you have posted here Hena. We have looked into this very carefully to see what has happened. The lady you dealt with in this matter is very upset indeed over this as she took it on her own back to refund you over a third of the value of the two products. After investigating and looking at your photos, I can tell you that we would not have refunded anything. The two carded items were perfect when they left us but the card on the packaging may have curled up a bit possibly in transit. I am absolutely sure that no one else would have complained about this and would have simply taken 2 seconds out and uncurled the edge of the card back. I am presuming by your nasty review that you presumed we would refund the whole cost to you when the item itself was 100% perfect.
As you will be able to see from this review site and many others across social media, our customer service is highly rated. We do our very best through challenging times to look after customers but sometimes we can only do so much. We hope you will take a few seconds to consider the damage an awful review like this can cause a company and it's employees

Parcel delivered to wrong address, customer service was poor. I had to send several emails and when I asked about a refund, they would ignore the email. Responded to me once and didn't even get my name correct. Finally got a refund.
