Ordered a car for my sons birthday, after a week and no sign of the car, I contacted the company via email as they don’t have a contact number, they told me the car has been posted but the tracking number provided didn’t exist. Managed to get my money back via PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs they are scammers.

bought a landrover from these conmen and it broke after 2 weeks. many emails back and forth with Jack who was helpful with words but no actions. even though jack said he had never come across this problem before he came up very quickly with a solution which made the car unusable... as soon as i mentioned that the replacement part should be free of charge they have totally ignored me.so my special needs grandson has got a £400+ ornament.. shame on you especially Jack, don't know how you sleep at night!!!! I am in the process of contacting my bank as I payed by credit card and will be contacting trading standards as these crooks need stopping, taking from children is despicable. shame on you all, you conmen

We have had the same experience as many other reviewers here.
If you have had a similar bad experience I would urge you to report it to trading standards through the citizens advice beuro. The more people make complaints to TS the more chance the fraudsters will be stopped.
Good luck with refunds people. Also fraudster warnings on social media can work well.

Do not order from this company! I waited over six weeks for delivery of a universal remote control. I even had to contact them to find out where it was.
When it finally arrived it wasn't in any packaging and didnt look new!
It wasn't even the same as the one in the image on the website, it looked cheap.
When I tried it, it did not even work.
I contacted the company and spoke to Jack who agreed that they thought the products were poor quality too. I asked how they could sell something they thought was rubbish too. They even agreed that what they sent wasn't compatible with my kids car.
I asked for a refund and am still waiting a further month later!
Very poor service!! High advise against buying from them!!

Delay on order and a hiccup with an email that was not received but I've been provided an updated and being kept in the loop. Due to Covid 19 there's been delays but going forward issues should be resolved

Ordered a battery for a kids ride on Mini Cooper. This was the only website that seemed to sell the battery with the cover and the leads attached the terminals, all other websites only sold the battery. Despite what they advertised they kept sending just a normal battery which was no good for the car. After going back an Forth 3/4 times they are now ignoring my emails in the hope I go away. Don’t use them, they are a con. I’m currently going through PayPal to get my money back.

Most definitely not worth 1 star, I urge anyone looking to buy any of these toys to use an alternative company, this is truly the worst company I have ever had to deal with, how they are still going is a miracle, took my £895 , then you hear nothing you can’t get hold of anyone, then 11weeks later my item arrived missing half the stuff and doesn’t work, surprise surprise can’t get hold of anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

2 purchased electric cars, both faulty. Promised replacement and nothing now ignored!!! Alot of money never refunded absolutely shocking my daughters and nephews 1st birthday presents ruined

Not even worth 1 star! I never leave reviews but had to on this after what I’ve read on here as I’ve had exactly the same problem! Once they have your ££ they are gone!
They sent me the wrong car I’d emailed them straight away to inform them and get it sent back and replaced with the correct one.... either my emails get ignored or I only get a reply if I bombard them and even then they will use delay tactics or tell me what I want to hear... it’s been nearly 6 weeks now and I still have a useless car unopened in a box waiting to be collected and am £225 out of pocket as purchased via debit card! Also same email address but gets signed off from different aliases jack/Beth/Harriet
Wish I had read reviews before purchase! Have reported to trading standards and will also be starting court action within the week. And from what I’ve read on here My main concern now is even if the car gets sent back that they will still hold onto my money!

I’ve noticed the are really overpriced and the same car with various other companies are at least £100 cheaper!

Horrendous customer service emails not answered phone calls not returned returns not granted?

Same issue as many people. Took order and money. No tracking details for the item, fortunately I was home when it arrived. Built the car, doesn’t charge. Got in touch via email, initially had responses from “Jack”. Then nothing for a week, despite me sending several. Tried their online chat service which doesn’t work, tried calling them and left a voicemail because they don’t answer, then had a few emails from a guy in technical support named “Dan”. Then no further responses. Wish we had seen these other reviews before ordering. Section 75 claim with credit card company being raised. With a bit of luck and all these claims being made against them they’ll go bust sooner rather than later. Will also report to trading standards.

Ordered, waited a week. Got told I need to pay more for the item I needed. So I paid it and then they stopped replying to me and won't return my calls.

Quick delivery, tracking number wasn’t available but responded immediately to email and parcel arrived sooner than they suggested.

I wish i read the reviews before ordering from them. I bought 2 items for my godchildren, my order status has been showing as processing for over 2 weeks. I emailed to ask why, a guy named Jack replied asking me to confirm my ID as delivery address is different from billing, which i did. He said delivery will arrive last Friday. However, since then no one is replying to any of my emails. You can't call customer service number either. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card provider.

Total scam!!! This company also trades under Italian Batter Toys. We ordered through KidsElectric cars and they took £1500 from
Us and we are still going through PayPal to get our money back as this company never delivered our car and never replied to emails and calls. They’re very responsive before you order but once they get your money they disappear. Professional cons!!!
We then re ordered via Italian Battery Toys and the same thing has happened. We have now seen via the credit card company that they are in fact the same company!!! Feel very angry and disappointed that during these times there are companies like this that intentionally con consumers. They replied to all my queries about the car and lead times etc and once ordered and paid that’s it. We got no car and now no reply.

Please avoid this company at all costs. Poor communication after ordering, delivered cheaper model and it took me over a month to get my money back through PayPal and we had to pay for the return shipping thanks to PayPal, which was extortionate, so we lost money. Do not use, if you don't want to be ripped off. One person works here and uses different names, con company!!

Don't normally write reviews but these guys left me no choice. Avoid at all costs. When you are looking to buy something, they are extremely helpful and contactable, once they have your money, impossible to get hold of.

trading standards who have advised me if i do not get a reply by june 20th they will start proccedings i then contacted the cowboy company telling them what was going to happen and within two days they forwarded my money owed to paypal .so all you angree customers out there do the same and put this
