Awful no car and difficult to get refund. Went to PayPal dispute

I ordered an electric scooter. When I assembled this the seat was damaged. I contacted the company who requested images of which i sent. Since then I have made numerous attempts to contact the company with no response. Poor customer service and the quality of the product was not great at all. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

PROBLEM WITH JEEP 3wheels go forward 1 goes backwards 2 emails sent no reply, this company is rubbish don't use it ,these toys are available elsewhere any company is only as good as they are sorting out problems, I have rated them 0 but given the jeep 1 because it is a nice toy [ford raptor in blue ]
I have sorted the problem which was not the fault of the supplier.

I ordered car from them and then get panic, all revievs didnt help. I called bank and asked to cancel pending ransaction.
Didnt really has to do that. My parcel arrived 1 day before was estimated and looks all good.
Only 4 stars in my opinion as there is no customer service really, email and phone dont really work and no chance to contact them or receive any answer from them

Today Friday 22nd May 2020 the penny dropped🙄
and as it did, and rolled into the drain, I realised that I have wasted hours and hours of writing emails to this apology of a company.
I bought a peg perego 6v John deere tractor and trailer for my grandson,
Yes it turned up, but NO TRAILER!
I emailed them, they apologised and said they would send one out, I then assembled it, charged it recommended time, and then discovered it was faulty as one wheel was locked, now upon looking at the box it came in, I can see where other postage labels had been ripped off, so I think this was an item that had already been sent back once!
At first "Jack" was lovely, said all the right things, but sadly I couldn't have another tractor as they didn't have anymore, and I was asked to choose another vehicle, I chose a remote control Mercedes lorry,
It was arranged that a collection would take place, and a separate delivery of new vehicle, (why not at the same time?? I had no idea at that time)
BUT I DO NOW!
Excitement and curiosity caused me to contact them via the live chat option a couple of days beforehand to get a tracking number for my replacement!
Guess what, there was NO replacement vehicle on its way to me at all,
I double checked the next day and the next, but ONLY an order reference for a collection of faulty item!
(obviously I then cancelled the collection)
So I've emailed and emailed to ask why, and they've disappeared, not answering their phone, their live chat option is Offline completely.
So I'm off to PayPal now, so fingers crossed,
I dearly wish I'd read these reviews first, hey ho, live and learn I suppose.

Paypal were as much use as a chocolate teapot,
I wanted to put in a claim for the Trailer I had not received, but PayPal ruled that I COULDN'T do this, as the Item DID turn up, although not all of it 😕(trailer missing)
So they "suggested"
I put in a claim as "item not as described/inadequate" because of it being faulty"
The claim took its time, and then made a decision that I send the item back (tractor and Trailer) AT MY OWN COST (which cheapest courier quote was £48)
I asked if PayPal would refund me my postage, Answer was "up to £15 only"
Then I asked Could PayPal guarantee my refund after item returned, and they said "Yes, if it is all complete with trailer, and in the original box it came in, in an unused condition"
I then had to explain that the tractor had been fully assembled, (and no way could I dismantle it easily, as it was designed to NOT fall apart with a child on it)
Also, I realised that they just hadn't understood that I NEVER RECEIVED the trailer, as they went on to say that Kids electric cars would not authorise them (PayPal) to issue a refund, if the complete item wasn't returned, and that's a chance I'd have to take!
What??
Take a chance on what we now know as a bit of a scumbag company, who have cheated loads and loads of customers out of their money and goods,
SO I chose NOT to take that gamble, as I knew by doing that, I'd be £33 down on postage!
£369.00 down on a non refund!
Plus I'd have NO tractor either!
So, with the help of the UK's branch of Peg Perego, their customer service supplied me with a New Battery, and have for the last month, been contacting KEC's and asking them to send me my Peg Perego John deere trailer that I had paid for, and they email "we have discussed the issue with KEC's and they will make contact with you shortly"
Every week now I email Peg Perego for an update, as, Hey What! Kids Electric Cars have NOT MADE CONTACT, (what a surprise)
and so far I've had 4 emails from UK Peg Perego over 4 weeks to say the exact same thing,
So if the Manufacturer, Peg Perego (who supplies them their products) are being fobbed of and lied to aswell, What chance have we got?

So I can now come to the conclusion, that Kids Electric Cars are just out and out, CON Merchants!

Don`t buy from them is a scam
You will never receive the item, I have been scammed for only £25 but just for everybody to know is a scam.
Stay away!!

This company is run by a bunch of con artists. They take your money and don’t care less about you. They only talk to you by email. Then once you ask for a refund they stop answering them. DON’T BUY FROM THEM

Emailed before hand asking regarding delivery with COVID-19 was told everything was normal, placed an order for Land Rover defender £404.95 sent over... item didn’t get delivered chased up and asked for order number which was sent to reply back with bad news the warehouse has shut and not told us and can have immediate refund... hold and be all 3 weeks later after 25 emails requesting them to phone me or reply I’m having to go through PayPal because I have not heard a single word back, no message on the answer phone as full. This company needs shutting down they are a disgrace now my son has no birthday present and I’m out of pocket £404.95 fuming isn’t the word and I can’t say how angry my partner is! It’s a good job we don’t live near put it that way !!!

STAY CLEAR !!!!!!!
They sell items real cheap and you don't receive them.

Lucky I got my money back through PayPal.

We ordered two Electric go karts, over 4 weeks ago. One arrived, these our for our twin girls birthday and we have been chasing and chasing but still haven’t received the missing go kart! After reading these reviews I’m now feeling sick that we are never going to get our little girls present!

Ordered a Thomas the tank quad for my sons 3rd birthday in plenty time. The company sent me an email saying it’s dispatched and took £104.95 of my money. Yet I’ve never received the item. When you phone the telephone inbox is full and won’t take messages and there is no response to emails. Now my son is celebrating his third birthday in lockdown with no present. I thought that the company could have been affected personally by covid but actually have now found a Facebook page warning people not to buy from them. It’s full of similar experiences. I’m so upset by this!

Shame you cannot give this company 0 stars. No customer service at all. Dont reply to emails. Never answer the phone just keep getting told to leave a message which also never gets answered or mailbox is full and you cannot even leave a message. Ordered due to the misleading information on their website " dispatched in 21 hours" had an update 9/4/20 saying that my car would be delivered 15/4/20 I will be contacting trading standards..my daughter woke up on her birthday and asked where her car was. Discusted is an understatement

One star is very generous. Avoid this company like the plague. They are fraudulent cowboys. Before I ordered I asked about delivery lead times. Confirmed 3 days. Weeks of lies and false stories about courier communication. Eventually stopped replying to emails. Sent final email after 3 weeks asking for full refund. Still nothing, so have asked my back to follow up. My daughter had no present this Easter thanks to this disgraceful company. Don’t understand how it has not been shut down my trading standards.

This company also has another website called Italian Battery Toys. They are both trading under the same name NR1 tradings and are based in Norwich.
I naively paid over £1300 without doing any research on them at all and boy do I regret it.
Because of where I lived they decided after confirming sale that they wanted an extra £80 to deliver my goods and begrudgingly I agreed. This was via email and I was waiting for them to send me details so I could pay it.
From this point onwards I had no response from them at all. I rang every single day several times and phone was never answered only by an answer phone message. Multiple messages left and no reply ever. I also used the webpage contact form and still no reply. The same with emails. Zero response.
I eventually managed to get a response on the online chat option and that experience was akin to pulling teeth. I literally went around and around in circles over several days often being ignored as soon as I gave them my order number. After many false promises and literally hours wasted having disjointed and painful communication with them in this way and after me mentioning I was going to take proceedings against them if they didn’t sort the issue out I was told they were just going to refund me.
They duly did but lesson learnt.
I would NEVER ever buy or attempt to buy anything from either company ever again.
They are an absolute disgrace in both the way they behave and in the attitude they have.
AVOID at all costs.

Brought a car in November that never turned up. Numerous emails sent and a lot of false promises on there side. It's a long story but I cant be bothered to type it all out. It's been 4 months and we are STILL waiting for a refund. Absolutly disgusting. This company has been reported and we are now contacting citizens advice to get help!

Have to say it is hard to contact this company it’s only through email ! But give them there die they do answer and believe me when I say I’ve sent a lot over the last six weeks ! 2 faulty cars so third time lucky ! Received 3rd car and it’ really is of a good standard ! Although it’d now been six weeks every email was answered ! Thing is I read these reviews and assumed they were a cowboy company ! Well I have to say there not , yes it’s took time but cars had to be picked up and redelivered so takes time ! Thankfully we have a lovely little car now so not sure about these other reviews but they were very helpful to me ! Yes I would recommend this company !

Brought two items from there, received one and not the other. It’s been over here since the purchase and still haven’t received it, contacted them several times and still nothing. Very annoyed

Ordered a car 2 months ago. Never arrived. We were told it got lost and we could get a replacement sent out.
We asked for a full refund instead. The have then disappeared.
Impossible to get in touch with them. No Customer Care whatsoever.
This is just a Scam Company stealing people’s money and making kids unhappy. What can be worse than that.
