Ordered a replacement remote control for my son's car, we asked a lot of questions and they were answered clearly and in good time. Unfortunately there is another issue with the car we have so they issued a full refund on the new remote without question and I'd gladly buy from here again. Thanks to everyone there for their help.

I highly recommend this company. I ordered 2 scooters together. Only one came. I sent them a query regarding the issue and they were very helpful. They sent me out a replacement and responded very quickly.

Annoyed I’ve had to give even one star! Ordered a scooter in plenty of time for my daughters 7th birthday. They never emailed us to say it was out of stock, despite it showing as still in stock on their website!! Offered to send a lesser alternative which never turned up and now they are not communicating...

Time for a visit to get some answers.....

Ordered some licence plates for my daughters car , took 2wks to come as my 1st plates were lost in the post but the person I spoke to I think his name was Jack sorted the problem out straight away and sent new plates out , Jack responded to emails very quickly and was polite and honest as I was abit worried after ordering from the company before reading reviews , I would certainly use the company again and I would recommend it to my friends and family , the plates that came were perfect and Jack even had the decency to contact me about something that couldn’t be added to the plates because the company didn’t have the license to add it (Chelsea fc badge) instead of the plates just turning up without the badges on 👍🏼

Avoid this company, inefficient and dubious business practices.
Tried ordering a replacement motor for an electric car.
Was assured they could supply a compatible motor. Item sent was nothing like the item ordered. They never answer the phone.
E mail responses very slow.
I asked for refund, have had no further response from them despite repeated attempts.

Bought a G63 pink for my daughters birthday.
Numerous parts missing upon arrival.
Communication started well and they promised a new car before my daughters birthday. She now has no car and I have no communication because they fail to reply to any emails. They have taken the money and runaway.

Purchased an expensive Quad on the agreement that the VAT would be refunded upon proof of export (I live in Channel Isles). Have now e-mailed them many many times sending copies of export documents and they just refuse to reply!
Stay well well away from these people they are total rogues and now having seen all the bad reviews I wish I had never used them.

Item never arrived. Emails bounce back so can’t contact them. Have filed a PayPal dispute to get money back but the seller hasn’t replied so far... what a surprise!

Item still not received when ordered in 11th September and no refund which should have been with me in 25th September. A Mickey Mouse company. Have now raised a dispute with my bank to reclaim my money. Avoid NR1 Tradings Ltd at all costs. They have several business.

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND HAD I SEEN THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED. ORDERED 3 ITEMS - BATTERY, REMOTE AND CHARGER. BATTER ARRIVED 1 WEEK LATER, REMOTE CAME AFTER HASSLING THEM THROUGH EMAIL, THE CHARGER CAME - A D-LINK LABELLED CHARGER WHICH DOESN'T EVEN FIT. THEY EMAILED THEY WOULD SEND AN ALTERNATIVE - STILL WAITING AND NOW BOUNCING BACK EMAILS, NO LIVE PHONE NUMBER TO GET HOLD OF THEM ON.
I AM NOW DOUBTING THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS TO WHETHER THEY ARE ACTUALLY SAFE TO USE - THESE ARE CHILDRENS TOYS FOR GODS SAKE - PARENTS ARE BUYING THEM BASED ON POSSIBLE INACCURATE "GOOD REVIEWS" ALONG WITH LOOSING OUT ON MONIES - NEED TO STAT REPORTING THEM TO WATCHDOG, TRADING STANDARDS

Avoid, item was broken on arrival so they collected but never refunded the money back. Still waiting 6 months on.

They wont answer your call or email.

This company should be avoided at all costs. I paid £500 for a ride on car and never heard from them again. No car, no communication as to why, now answer to phone calls.......
The money is still outstanding although, having paid with PayPal I have put a claim in.
I'm not sure if this company is a scam or just incompetent but either way, avoid!!

Ordered a controller for a car bought elsewhere. Took a while to come, though possibly Hermes fault.
The item was clearly second hand and one of the control toggles was snapped off and loose in the plastic bag entrusted to protect the item. The bag its self had been re labelled after a return to them from a lady in Scotland. There was also a customs label underneath this address label. Coming from Norwich to Doncaster there was no reason for this. I was charged full website price plus postage for the item. Will not use this company again.

Do not buy from them! I never leave reviews but my experience has been so bad that I want to warn other parents. I bought a Land Rover toy car for my son's birthday. I allowed a buffer of 10 days despite the 2 day delivery time on the website. However, first I was contacted to say the colour wasn't available, then 3 delays. This ruined my son's birthday. Trying to contact the company was a nightmare, delayed responses, days at a time with no contact. In the end, the order was over a month late. This was after a number of assurances that it would arrive - me staying at home to receive delivery. No proper apology or offer of compensation. Then the fun started - I complained, sought compensation and they offered a personalised licence plate. This was of course not acceptable. I then entered a prolonged email exchange where it was clear their profit was prioritised above customer experience. They literally stated that they did not want to offer recompense to me because of their 'margins'. This is beyond the worst customer experience I have ever had. Bad enough that the product was not available (despite selling it to me), then a number of delays however, lost days of work waiting for promised delivery, it was their unwillingness to satisfactorily rectify that has prompted me to warn others against buying from them.

I never usually give reviews but I thought it was only fair considering how worried I was after buying a kids cars and then reading the reviews when I didn’t hear back from them initially.
So I ordered the peg Perego jeep for my son for his birthday. I had an email to confirm the order but nothing to confirm that it was to be dispatched. I tried to call kidselectric cars but it just kept going to their mailbox and the emails were few and far between with no real answer to my questions. I then decided to google the company ( I had used them in the past so didn’t review prior to ordering this time) my heart sunk when I saw how negative the reviews were and how many people were saying they were a scam. My little boys present wasn’t going to come and it cost a whooping £800!

I decided to call peg Perego who told me not to panic as kidselectriccars was one of their stock lists. The lady on the phone checked the stock of the car and tried to contact them for me.

The next day I received an email to say that the car was dispatched.
It arrived on the Friday morning as promised. The tracking for the pallet company didn’t update so I was lucky to be in.

The car is fab and has given my boy hours of fun! Despite it taking me 5 painful hours to build but totally worth it.

All I would say to someone reading this post who has ordered from them is don’t panic. The company told me they have no control over trustpilot reviews if they don’t pay an annual fee so please don’t believe all the negative posts you read.

To kidselectriccars I would say please make your communication better, customers always want to be able to speak to someone on the phone rather than an email to answer any questions and to stop them from panicking when they read bad reviews online.

I would give it a zero if I could.
Ordered a car for £350, next day was told was not in stock so I asked for a refund. Was told it is processed would receive with 3 working days.

Contacted a week later to be told has left there account and then again to say they will check finance.
Two weeks on I was told again they would check would finance for the second time and then stopped replying to me. I managed to get the money back from my bank.
Avoid at all costs absolute thieves.

I purchased a car at the beginning of june. When i unwrapped it there were large scratched underneath. This was clearly a used car. I immediately email them for a replacement and sent photos. They said they will replace and send another and collect at same time. Nothing happened and i kept emailing. They then arranged three date and finally arrived on the third attempt. The royal mail driver advised he was only collecting and no new car to replace.

More emails follow about 30 to date and they just ignore them.

Stay clear of this company at all cost. They have not listed contact number and are conning people.

Two months have past and no replacement.

I wish i have look at all the bad reviews before i purchased.

Prefer not to give even a star. Scammers. Like so many on this review site, these people are fraudsters. They have robbed so many people out of thousands of pounds. I just wish we could do something about it. Sent wrong car to wrong address and then did not work. Completely ignored me or actually very rude. Emailed everyday for three months - nothing rectified.

like every comment on here..money taken and they do not send the product I have reported them to trading standards.
